Perfectly Located on the intracoastal water way with water views annd only 3 blocks from the beach a quick 8min walk as well as many restaurants and bars . A resort style property with all of the resort amenities including a pool and jacuzzi with a pool bar. A gym, restaurant with a delicious menu, indoor bar and business center and NO RESORT FEE ! Just outside the doors there are jet ski rentals, you can also hop on the water taxi and cruise to different areas where you can hop on and off for one fee and explore areas like famous Las Olas Blvd, for plenty of shopping and dining. This property is also right across the street from the Galleria Mall and plenty of restaurant choices.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Valet parking only, with a daily $50 fee.

When I booked Roger and Shiree's condo last year, it was everything I was looking for. A safe place close to the beach and A1A. I also wanted a pool and fine restaurants nearby. I got all that and more. The condo offered a spectacular view of the Intercoastal, and in the distance, the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a ten-minute walk and A1A is a few minutes further south. Nightlife and fine eateries are all within walking distance. There's a Publix grocery across the street, a Capital Grill steakhouse, and a fine French coffee shop called Anna's that serves delicious pastry and outstanding cappuccino. The bar by the pool is well stocked, and Rodrigo the bartender is excellent. Valet attendants Ralph, Diana and Jeremy were always courteous and quick to get my car.The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the Wi-Fi was strong so I could do some work when I needed to. Roger and Shiree answered any questions I had, and I was saddened when my stay came to an end. If you have a car, a twenty-minute ride north on US1 puts you in Boca Raton where you will find even more outstanding places to eat.Book this condo with confidence as Roger and Shiree will take good care of you.
