About the owner: Welcome to Double Diamond Rentals, providing furnished single-family homes to travel professionals, vacationers, and families in the best and safest places in Central Arkansas, Middle Tennessee and South Florida! ◆ In 2017, I moved from Arkansas and provided my family home to travel nurses. Since then, I noticed travel professionals struggled to find a furnished home in a safe neighborhood, and that is exactly what my home had to offer. Move ahead to 2022 and I now have many houses available for families and travelers that are modern, newly furnished and in the best and safest cities and neighborhoods. To accomplish this, I pitched my idea to a good friend of nearly 40 years, and he agreed to partner and start buying homes. We agreed and Double Diamond Rentals was born. ◆ We would reside in the Central Arkansas area and personally manage these homes ourselves and will not use any property management companies. We believe personal customer service is essential. I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great safe areas that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. I also wanted to make sure all areas have hospitals within a short commute. ◆ In 2023, we will continue to add homes in the Central Arkansas area, complete two homes in Middle Tennessee and just launched our first South Florida vacation home in Fort Lauderdale. In late summer, we will be adding a home in West Palm Beach near Wellington, Florida, the equestrian capital of the country! ◆ I am proud to say that all the properties are filled with Vacationers, travel nurses, families waiting to purchase their own homes and military personnel. Each month I have spaces coming available, and I strive to make sure everyone that needs a safe and comfortable home will have one. The number one compliment about our houses is always the area where they are located, along with how nicely furnished they are, making it feel like a home away from home! ◆ If you need a home with acreage, one of our Middle Tennessee homes sits on 25 acres, and the other on 6 acres.
