My name is Mike. I am the owner of this Condo: I bought it and renovated it myself a couple years ago. I own the unit out right. The Unit was completely rehabbed from floor to ceiling. Everything is new. From the porcelain tiled floors, marble bathroom walls, new kitchen cabs w granite countertops and stainless appliances.
Why this property? Recently bought a house locally, and didn't want to sell the condo as it was completely renovated and brand new.
