About the owner: Hello
My name is Brett. I am the owner of this Condo: I bought it and renovated it myself a couple years ago. I own the unit out right. The Unit was completely rehabbed from floor to ceiling. Everything is new. From the porcelain tiled floors, marble bathroom walls, new kitchen cabs w granite countertops and stainless appliances.
Why this property? Recently bought a house locally, and didn't want to sell the condo as it was completely renovated and brand new.

You will want a car in Fort Lauderdale. There is very little public transit. YES you will be provided 1 parking spot during your stay.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are given 90 days prior to first night stay.
Is the condo in a nice area?
The condo is located in the Coral Ridge neighborhood, adjacent to the most affluent areas, Victory Park and Las Olas at 1/2 the price!!
