Lauderdale Beach is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale -- with just 47 homes along this street. You will definitely see why Real Estate is at a premium.
This home is Large and is licensed for 12 adults and 4 children (16 guests).
PLEASE email before booking to confirm availability -- we advertise on many websites and booking engines and do not sync calendars and sometimes forget to update them.
Our Housekeeping Team has been with us for over 13 years and are true professionals. They are following CDC Guidelines -- wearing masks, being gloved and using hospital grade disinfectants. All Linens are bleached -- and we have 2 or more COMPLETE Sets of Linens for each House -- what does this mean to you? The Linens you will be using will not have been from the guest who just left -- not only will they have been washed and bleached in hot/warm water and dried at a high temp, it will have at least 7 nights or more before the Linens are used again.
DUE to the extra services provided during this pandemic/and potential continued virus time -- our normal cleaning charges will be increased by $100 - $150 depending on the property size and number of guests.
Please note that Broward County requires a list of all guests (name, address, email and phone number) for contact tracing.
Thank you for understanding -- we take your safety and the safety of our housekeepers very seriously.
Our Handyman Team -- has been with us longer 17 years -- they come on a moment's notice if there happens to be a glitch.

Enjoy this newly remodeled home that has majestic direct ocean views from all of the common areas downstairs and the master bedroom. This home was built in the Tuscany Italian style centered around the Southern exposure pool where the guest bedrooms all have a balcony overlooking the pool with lovely trade winds. Grab a book, your favorite drink, and enjoy the beautiful courtyard pool or view of the beach.
In the short time since we have remodeled it, we have had several repeat visitors. Even professional Athletes. It is a 'get away from it all place' yet close enough to world class dining and shopping when you want it.
Everyone has sheltered in place for so long -- this is the perfect home to book for a get away. it has every amenity you can think of -- tons of board games -- we recently added a ping pong table (no photo yet -- but it is a competition table that folds so you can play in the garage. This is a FUN home with plenty of room to spread out for larger families.
This home is a short distance of multiple houses of worship on A1A .
And because we have a fenced off area in the sand -- you can actually enjoy the sand with no one bothering you because it is on your property.
Now here is the good stuff.
This home was designed to accommodate families and guests who want to enjoy the beach and their time together -- both outside and inside.
There is plenty of dining space with two dining tables (one for 8 and one for 6) and bar seating for 6. Out door dining for 16.
There of both lounge chairs and sand beach chairs -- so whatever your decide -- you have both the beach and pool at your disposal.
Luxury linens on all of the beds with a variety of firm and soft pillows -- both down and down alternative.
HD Smart TVs are in every room and and wireless internet is throughout the house.
You have a lovely wine cooler, plenty of board games - a Bose Speaker in the Family Room for great sound -- and plenty of other things to keep you busy.
Several Marinas are close by, world class shopping, international cuisine, and then, of course the amazing Turquoise Waters in your backyard.
All you need to bring is your suitcase a vacation ready attitude! Maybe Golf Clubs!
Here is the bedroom configuration -- All bedrooms are en suite:
Downstairs is King
Upstairs to the Right - Guest 1 is King
Upstairs to the Right of Guest 1 is Master and is Direct Ocean Front with 2 Baths
Upstairs to the Left - Guest 2 is Queen
Upstairs to the Left is Guest 3 is King
Upstairs to the Left of Guest 3 is 2 Queens with a Twin Sleeper Chair (ideal for kids or a family that wants to stay together)
We do have a sleeper sofa in the Master and the home is very large an can accommodate an air mattress here and there if needed.
For a few weeks during the year we do offer the option of a minimum 4 night Stay (please note the price is not pro-rated from the weekly price -- you do pay a premium).
All Holiday (Easter, Passover, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Boat Show, etc) weeks are minimum 7 night stays as is the month of March and the first three weeks in April.
If you are looking at booking Christmas or New Year's week 2020-2021, please note that you will need to check out on a Friday or Saturday 12/18 or 12/19 and check out on 12/26. New Year's Week Guests would be checking in on 12/26 and check out on 1/2 or 1/3. Our minimum rental for both weeks is 7 nights.
All rentals are plus 13% tax, an exit cleaning fee, When you have more than 12 guests, there will be an additional flat charge of between $1,000 and $2,500 depending on the number of guests and an additional cleaning fee increased by $150.
Please note there are NO CANCELLATIONS -- yes even in the Pandemic. No Cancellations and NO REFUNDS is our regular policy. We have loosened our policy should someone in your party become sick (which would require a doctor's note), that we would reschedule your travel dates to a mutually agreeable time. Also, please note our regular cleaning fee has increased from $700 to $850 for guest parties of 12 and under since our housekeeping staff sanitizes every hard surface.

Please note the Rental Fees quoted above are for 12 or fewer guests -- and yes, children and infants count.
If you have 13 or more guests, we do charge an additional fee based on the number of guests and the time you will be there -- it will be at least $1,000 and generally no more than $2,500 per week.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per dog with a maximum of 2 dogs. We prefer you bring cash.
There is also a refundable damages deposit of $3,500.
Please remember, we have a very strict NO CANCELLATION Policy. Should there be a COVID issue OR an illness in your family, we are happy to reschedule you -- however, there will be no refunds even if there is a difference in the rental rate. There are no cancellations or rescheduling if your reservation is during a HOLIDAY even if it is due to an illness in your family because we cannot rebook the home.
