Ideal for FL beach vacations, this one-story estate boasts a salt water, solar-heated backyard pool, patio/bbq area, with a new "Kettler" state of the art, ping pong table. The backyard has a private fishing dock with canal access to the Atlantic Ocean. The inside game room Features a professionally maintained "Brunswick" pool table, as well as various board games.
Just 2.5 miles from from Pompano Beach, 8 miles from Fort Lauderdale, 14 miles from Fort Lauderdale international airport, 37 miles from Miami International airport (MIA), and 13 miles from Boca Raton.
Security, and safety. We have five cameras all facing the outside, one in the back of the house facing the back (west side) entry gate, another on the west side of the house facing the street side, and garbage bins, another over the garage looking at the garage area, parking and street, one at the front door entrance facing the street, seeing door, parking and street, another on the east side of the house facing the Gate on the east side. We have noise monitoring provided by "noise aware" plugged into a wall outlet in the dining room, and in the patio area. We also have smoke alarms in each bedroom, and a co2 detector.

Interior Hub:
Enter the home through an elevated foyer that flows into an elegant living/dining room, Florida room and game room. The kitchen is centralized, with an open concept breakfast bar. This modern kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas range, minimalist glass-pendant chandelier lighting, and plenty of cabinet storage space. The kitchen cupboards are fully stocked with dish ware, glassware, cookware, utensils and some basic spices.
Grilling tools and plastic-ware for poolside dinning are also provided.

The living room boasts comfortable overstuffed recliners, a 55 inch smart TV, and a bay window that allows for plenty of natural light. The dining room table seats six.

The game room has a pool table, board games, chess board, and bookshelves with a collection of books for adults and children.

The Florida room has a breakfast bar with seating for three, as well as two other small seating areas. Sliding glass doors from the Florida Room open onto the patio and pool area, and an extensive paved deck.

Pool & Patio Area:
The spacious patio is shaded by palms, mature ficus and gumbo limbo trees. Large hibiscus bushes are fragrant when in bloom! Tall fencing and tropical landscape ensure privacy for pool and patio area. The patio offers seating options for ten guests; chaise lounge chairs, bar stools, rattan sectional, patio dining table with seating for eight. Outdoor awnings and umbrellas provide plenty of shade or sun. In the evening multicolored pool lights and Edison-bulb string lighting create a magical and romantic atmosphere!

Dock & Canal:
Follow a walkway (lit by solar lights) from the pool area down the gently sloping yard to the
dock. This coastal estate offers access to the Bahama Canal. Fish right off the 15 foot dock, Manatee are occasional visitors. See rolling tarpon and jumping mullet. Ibis, storks, herons, parrots, pelicans and iguanas are occasional visitors to the property. Paddleboards are available for
guest use. The canal is a waterway through the Cypress Creek community where paddle boarding is a popular activity. After a day of pool leisure, beach-going, paddle-boarding or sight seeing, nightfall is quiet and peaceful in this coastal neighborhood.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Purely Pompano has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master and jr suites
have private direct pool access via sliding glass doors.
Each Bedroom has a smart tv. Jr Suite has a King sized, the master has a King as does the "billiards" room, all others have Queen sized beds.

Master bedroom #1 has a King-size bed, dresser, mirror, ceiling fan, 40” smart TV,
en-suite bathroom with shower and walk in closet, and sliding glass door to patio area.

Jr. Master bedroom #2 has a King-size sleigh bed with dresser and closet, 40” smart TV, ceiling fan, direct pool access via sliding glass doors, and gorgeous views of the Bahama Canal.

Bedroom #3 (Billiard room) has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and shares a "jack and jill" bathroom with bedroom #4. Bathroom has a newly tiled frameless shower, lots of natural light and ample storage.

Bedroom #4 has a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, dresser, and smart TV. This bedroom shares the "jack & jill" bathroom with bedroom #3.

Bedroom #5 has a queen-size sleigh bed, a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and a 40” smart TV. This bedroom has direct access to pool & patio area via sliding glassdoor. This bedroom has access to Bathroom number 3, which has a bathtub and is central to the "Florida Room"

Driveway & Parking:
The front circular driveway along with additional gated parking on the side of the
house, provide more than sufficient parking. Although there is no garage available we do have a covered canopy we can provide upon request.

As our guest, you have exclusive use of the entire house, pool, yard, dock, two paddle boards, two bikes, pool table, and ping pong table. We are committed to ensure your stay with us is an incredible vacation experience you will always remember.

The South Florida Tri-rail "Cypress Creek Station" is located about 3.1 miles
from the house. Tri rail gives you rail access to the rest of South Florida including North to Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. South to Fort Lauderdale International Airport as well as Miami International Airport. Take the Trirail to the Miami transfer station and connect to the Metro Rail, then Miami mover for downtown Miami.

Included! We have two Paddle Boards for your exclusive use. Get up close to nature! With a paddle board you can sit down, kneel or standup and paddle through the idyllic canals of Pompano Beach. Want a "nautical" work out, or simply a nice relaxing cruise? These are perfect for everyone!

The usage of our Paddle boards is at your own risk, you are required to follow all local laws and regulations when using them. Life jackets are provided for your use and safety. For your safety, always wear a life jacket, when on the water.
