THE OWNERS are seeking a Mid-Term (3 to 6 month) or Long-Term Renter (6 or mor months)

Three to 6 month Rate beginning in May is $16,000 per month (includes utilities, pool service & yard maintenance) plus 13% occupancy tax, and is based on 6 people or less. *

Long-Term (181 nights or more) is at a rate of $14,000 per month plus cleaning every 3 weeks by our staff and a security deposit. Pricing is based on 6 people or less. There is no occupancy tax charged (13% -- when the rental is 181 nights or longer)*

Please NOTE: on any rentals more than 10 days we require guests/tenants to pay our housekeeping team to clean the home every 3 weeks AND there is an EXIT cleaning fee.

Fort Lauderdale Beach is known to be one of the best beaches in the area because there is no pier at this section of the beach & only 1 parking lot. So it's only locals who know about this gorgeous beach-You are in for a treat!

2- Pricing and EXIT Cleaning fees are based on an occupancy of 8 guests or less. There will be an increased rental rate and EXIT Cleaning based on number of people, length of stay and time of year.

3- Should you need to book with a credit card, we may need to book you through a different platform and there is a 4 to 10% credit card convenience fee.
