Ohh baby,you just found paradise! Our newly custom built home directly on the canal offers fishing, swimming, BBQ, and relaxing all in the private backyard by the pool. It's moments from the beach & near major stores, golf, and endless restaurants.
The space
Casa Linda is a brand-new completely newly built designer house with marble floors all throughout the house. Built in 2015. This spacious house features three bedrooms- Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom and a sliding French door in each bedroom that leads to a private entrance and view of the backyard's pool and Florida Inter coastal waterway. There are also two more sliding glass doors from the living room into the pool area. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each, third bedroom has a King master bed. The house is fully-stocked with a huge kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances and plenty of space for storage. There is a heated pool for extra enjoyment, outdoor patios for gazing at the water views while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The luxurious dining area seats 10 people comfortably.
There is an additional powder room near the laundry room.
All sheets, towels and pool towels are provided.
Guest access
The entire house is available for rent; 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, large Kitchen, Laundry room, pool, access to waterway from the backyard and lots of privacy. Also the high speed Internet access including wifi is very reliable. We do also offer a special rate for renting just one or two of the bedrooms at a time, each equipped with their own private bathroom and entrance to the home. Long term rentals are available. Interaction with guests
Since this is your vacation we certainly don't want to bother you unnecessarily. However, we are always available to you if you have questions or need anything from us. Upon booking we will provide you with all of our contact information and all emergency contact information so that you are well prepared for anything that may come up. -Leave the crockery, cutlery and pans clean and in the appropriate places
- Smoking is not allowed in this house, but is permitted on the exterior of the house
- Excessive noise and/or disturbances to neighbors in this location may be grounds for immediate termination and/or forfeiture of monies. Let's keep this lovely place as a perfect relaxing oasis
-The pool is self-cleaning; we ask that you just switch on the "on button" for 20 minutes a day so that it can clean itself
-Although we love pets, we respect that many of us have allergies and so we ask that you leave your pets at home - no pets allowed.
-Renters below the age of 21 unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted to rent this property. ID’s will be verified.

Rose S.Lovely spacious home on the intercoastal, close to beach
Spacious home located in a residential neighbourhood and on the inter-coastal waterway. Located close to grocery, shopping and restaurants and approximately 10 minutes to the beach. Huge kitchen, bedrooms with adjacent washrooms, and heated backyard pool makes it ideal for a family vacation. Would definitely visit again!

David G.Fantastic family get-together at a beautiful Casa.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this Casa in Fort Lauderdale. My two daughters (one from out-of-state, and one from out-of-the country), and my wife and I (also from out-of-state), converged for a family holiday at this beautiful property. It seemed to be brand new, with no expense held back.The girls each had their own queen bedroom with private bathrooms with walk in showers. My wife and I had an amazing king bedroom with whirlpool bath.A huge kitchen with self closing cabinet doors and drawers and beautiful appliances.The dining room table, which seated 10, was perfect for us to entertain other in-laws who live in Florida. Four of the rooms had top quality sliding doors that accessed the pool area.A pool specialist arrived the morning after we arrived, to clean and check the chemicals in the in-ground heated pool. We enjoyed it immensely. Quite deep, at least 6'. With walk in steps.The waterway that winds around three sides of the property afforded beautiful views. An outdoor grill, lawn chairs, table and chairs and love seat swing were just some of the amenities that made for a memorable week.I've already put up a deposit for next year. JUST AMAZING!!

Our daughters who arrived from out of state and out of the country, and my wife and I (also from out of state) came together and spent 6 nights in this beautiful home. My wife and I took the master bdrm (king bed and whirlpool bath). Each daughter had their own queen bdrm, other with private bathrooms with walk in showers.The pool care-taker arrived the next morning to clean the pool and top the chemicals off. The heated pool was amazing.Everything about the home was amazing! Large wonderful kitchen. Dining room table accommodated 10 people.We entertained some in-laws as well!Great place, great time!! Already put deposit down for next year.Thanks .

The home is centrally located so convenient to travel to many places like shopping, Pompano, Baco Raton, the beach etc. it’s a spacious place for a large family with each bedroom having its own bathroom and had many basic needs (shampoo, soap, loads of linens, cooking oil, spices, garbage bags, etc, etc). The owners are very friendly and booking was easy. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt safe.if you like wildlife you’ll love this place with Iguanas of various sizes, birds and a squirrel visiting almost daily. Set up the patio furniture around the pool deck or the big iguana may leave you special treats to clean up. There is a local airport nearby so lots of planes coming and going if you like to watch them, although they can be quite loud at times. We weren’t familiar with the lock box process to retrieve the home key so that was a small frustration on our part.I would recommend this home based upon the location, its size/private bathrooms with and value.

Couldn’t say enough positive things! Will rent again for sure! It was everything and more! Don’t hesitate or it will be rented! Everything was perfect. The check-in process was extremely easy. The rooms was spotless and perfect for the trip. We had an amazing time and the location is just breathtaking. This is a well kept family-friendly house in a quiet neighborhood with nearby supermarkets, malls, and restaurants. The house also has a pool, which we enjoyed a lot. The owner Stevo was super attentive, and he makes sure to answers all your questions. We will definitely go back!

Great house. It was immaculate. Mattresses were so comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels. My children and grandkids came for a week. Everyone was comfortable in and out of house. Bathrooms in every bedroom was a big plus. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool. I would recommend it especially in January and February. The host Stevo was very accommodating with us. I’ve been to other properties and I’m particular especially with cleanliness but this house was beyond my expectations Will definitely come back
