Master bedroom – King bed, ensuite bathroom, dresser, closet space, TV equipped with Roku/Hulu.
Second bedroom – Queen bed, dresser, limited closet space, shared bathroom immediately outside bedroom door.
Third bedroom – Dedicated nursery/Office. Crib that converts to a toddler bed, changing table, baby bath, potty seat, and toys. Workspace desk.
Bathrooms – one ensuite, with standing shower. One shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.
Living Room – Seating for five, and Smart TV with Roku stick and access to Hulu provided.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, cutlery, baking tools, and the following small appliances: ground coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, air fryer, and iron.
Large appliances include French door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
Outdoor area with comfortable seating, large cantilever umbrella, propane grill, and ample games to keep the family active and entertained.
Four beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels provided for guest use during the stay.
Parking available for up to four vehicles, secured behind a motorized gate controlled by the guest.

Up to three pets (dogs/cats) allowed - no size or breed restrictions. For other
species, please inquire with the host.
Pet amenities include: doggy door to fenced back yard (6 ft fence), crate and dog
bed, two dog bowls to use during the stay, waste bags, goody bag with new toys.
