Full access to all hotel amenities including resort pool and residential pool. Kitchens include sleek Italian cabinetry, polished stone counter tops and top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances. Baths are elegant with designer stone vanity tops, shower and tub walls and floors. Master Baths include Kohler whirlpool spa tubs and separate showers.

All guests are required by the hotel to pay a mandatory amenity fee of $40 (exclusive of tax) per unit per day throughout the duration of your stay and shall be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. The fee is non-negotiable and regulated by the hotel. If you have a car: Parking (1 car through valet) is $49 (exclusive of tax & subject to change) per night.
We require our guests to take out an insurance policy. The cost is $19 per night.

SusanThe suite was nice but in need of some repairs. Bathroom lights need new light bulbs. Check in time is very late and we could not get in any earlier than 4pm. Our checkout was pushed to 11am, unless I wanted to pay more for later checkout even though the room wasn’t rented for today. A cleaning person entered the room at 9:40 while we were getting ready. More towels would have been appreciated.

PaulaThe W Hotel is a good location when you’re looking for a family friendly destination during your Florida stay. There was a hiccup with the building that was not at all David’s fault however David communicated well and was responsive. I appreciate the assistance he provided.

VeronicaThe apartment is nice, clean and with new furniture and appliances. However, everything was minimally stocked. And for example, many of the new lamps had no light bulbs. The sink disposal was broken. In addition, the “resort fee” is added upon checking for the use of the pools and gym. Those faculties are nice but one of the main reason why I paid so much for the condo. So I thought they were included.

LizThis rental exceeded a five star rating. We had an awesome stay and our host, David, went over and beyond to make this a comfortable and memorable vacation for me & my family. The place was immaculately clean. The temperature control was perfect- stayed nice and cool throughout. All the beds were really comfortable- including the sofa bed- and the appliances were everything that we needed including an ice maker, blender and two types of coffee makers. One of the pools is literally 20 secs away if you take the staircase- the beach is right across the street. You do not need to pack beach towels- they provide these. I can't say enough-we were very impressed & would book again! Side note; we flew to Ft Laud. initially with a different condo reservation (via different host). When we checked in to that place, it was a nightmare. David bailed us out immediately by responding promptly to my last second request to book. He took care of us in under 30 min Seamless check-in. Thank you David!!

ArvinThe location is amazing, right across the street from the beach and great restaurants around. The amenities included were also great, such as the pools, beach bench rentals included, and the gymSome significant concerns: -The living room and kitchen smelled funky -The door to one room doesn't move, so it cannot be closed -The door to the master doesn't close -Mosche really pushed for me to pay for early check-in through a 3rd party app, which I was really uncomfortable with

Edward G.The unit was lacking kitchen equipment. The management, located in NY, did provide a tea kettle on request. The apartment faces north and gets little natural light. At our request the manager provided a standing lamp for the living room which, when we arrived, lacked either ceiling lights or lamps. The terrace got no sun, had no water view and was unusable because of construction noise. Shoshana, who is in charge of cleaning the unit, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The unit is probably more appropriate for short stays by guests not looking for a home away from home. We were and were disappointed.

BradBeautiful, well-maintained condo located in the W hotel. Great pools, bars, restaurants, on property and the staff was very nice! Pots/pans/utensils but no cooking supplies. First thing to know though is that you are renting from an organization and not a person. This made things confusing when it came to communications. You'll receive a lot of automated messages that may or may not make sense as you try to communicate directly with Moshe. Moshe was a bit slow to respond at times as well. The Wi-Fi is NOT a secure Wi-Fi connection and my wife and I had planned to work from the condo and our company requires connecting to secure Wi-Fi connections, so I had to setup a hotspot on my iPad. Asked for a later checkout (knowing no one was checking into the condo that day so didn't think this was a big ask) but was told they charge you by the hour. I felt like this was petty and a money grab but again, it's a company you're renting from here. All in all I would still stay here again!

Dennis S.I have stayed at this property before and in a same layout unit before however on a higher floor. There is no view of the ocean from this unit, although it was as expected. One of the main reasons staying at this property was for their nice main pool facilities however it was closed and under renovation currently. I would have opted to stay somewhere else considering if I had known because we had planned to use the pool facilities daily from past experiences.

Willie O. JoyceBeach is across the street so you can’t go wrong with that. The place is great as fas as location. The host is somewhat communicative. Overrall I think it’s overrated as far as the condo itself. We called the hotel about the free movie a day and never heard back. Bring your own toiletries.

Amanda D.Great location. Room was clean but there were no kitchen utensils. Coffee maker with no coffee cups , no plates. Just odd. If arriving a few hours earlier at check in and room is ready they want to charge you $40 and hour to get into your room.

EvanMoshe's location in the W Marriot is truly a luxury location. The pool is absolutely relaxing. This area of Fort Lauderdale is a great location to enjoy the beach, the local tourist shops, and it is conveniently located near (30 minute drive) the Hollywood Florida Hard Rock Casino.

JustinVery spacious unit! Bedrooms were big. Very nice having 2 bathrooms. The balcony was awesome. Location was perfect for beach and down town area. Everything was within walking distance. Moshe was very easy to communicate with. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone!
