Regarding BEACH CHAIRS and Cabanas
1. INSIDE UNIT- we do provide a couple beach chairs (2-4) and small umbrellas that are left inside the unit (closet by dining table) along with beach toys, balls, buckets for sand castles and boogie boards for the kids and a cooler. however, sometimes , they go missing or break. These chairs have you almost touching the sand and sitting up right.
2. POOLSIDE
lounge chairs are available - first come first serve. These chairs recline so you may lay down or incline and read a book.
3. BEACH (8AM-5PM) available to rent, first come first serve. discounts available for multiday rental (available for lease underneath smallest tiki hut, right by stairs and outside showers)

This Condo has a very spacious, bright and airy feel. Bedroom has ceiling to floor windows and sunset views that are sure to amaze. Everything is clean and updated and the property itself gives a feeling like your staying at a resort. The property offers a fine dinning Italian restaurant and a Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar on the beach. The property also offers a salon and spa as well as a gift shop and an accessory shop. Staying at Justin's condo was definitely one of the best decisions I've made and ill definitely be coming back.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was so clean and smelled so good. When we got into the condo is was nice and cold, super refreshing after being outside in the heat. The condo is steps away from the beach and justin even had beach chairs and beach toys for us to use which was such a life saver for my kids. The condo building also has 2 restaurants downstairs which was so convenient. I will definitely book another stay here

Justin is very helpful and his condo is well kept and very clean. Having beach access straight off the building amenities was perfect for the little kids.Any negatives would be with respect to the building and building management which is out of the condo owners control.Overall, a very positive experience.

Justin was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The unit was much bigger than it appeared in pictures. It comfortably accommodated a party of nine. The location was in a prime spot, near plenty of great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The resort was beachfront and had a great tiki bar and pool. We would definitely recommend renting this place.

We booked our condo with Justin 6 months prior to our arrival to Floria. Throughout that time he kept us updated on all the projects and updates he was doing in the condo. And was very responsive to all my questions. When we arrived the place was clean, beautifully updated, much bigger than expected. We loved having the screened in patio area. Justin was responsive to all my questions throughout our stay. He provided us with plenty of towels. Anything you could ever need in the kitchen (a very nice smoothie blender that we definitely used). Overall we had a great time! Definitely would book with him again if visiting Fort Lauderdale in the future!

Everything we needed was a walk away. The restaurant and Tiki Bar was on the premises. The pool and ocean are steps away. The condo was clean and there was enough space for everyone. Justin was kind and available any time. The only drawback is not enough lounge chairs at the pool. You need to get there early to get one.

Fort Lauderdale OM StayWe had a great time. We could walk everywhere. The owner allows pets and we have two large dogs. Everyone was welcoming and did not care about the dogs. There were many dogs at the hotel. We walked the beach at sunrise with the dogs and there were few people on the beach at that time. The condo was great size for us and our two children who are 18 and 21. The beds we’re comfortable. I suggest a book with local restaurants and menus. We stumbled about margarita Monday in Lauderdale by the sea. Excellent food and $8 margaritas on that night. We ate at the Ocean Grill, DaVinchys, Tiki bar and hotel Italian restaurant. The grocery store is only .2 miles away. We made several trips there and ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. We are coffee drinkers and cups were 6 oz size so we had several cups. Overall I would definitely recommend and Justin is available if needed. We had an excellent time. Sat by pool most days. Kids went parasailing in Pompano Beach which is only 5 miles away. And they took Uber for that. Great time for our family. Thanks. The Davidsons

Most amazing location with beautiful amenities. A perfect 10! The location in AMAZING! It can't be beat. There's a beautiful pool with a view of the ocean, and when you want to take a break from the pool then you can take a few steps and you'll be in the ocean. There's a bar and restaurant poolside that's open until 2am. Amazing food and drinks! Order poolside, to go, or sit and eat with a view of the beach. The nights spent here were the best part of our trip. The lobby is also beautiful and has a little coffee stand with good coffee. Host was amazing. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and very nice. He even mailed my son's belongings after they were left behind (teenagers..). We would go to Florida again only to stay here

My daughters and I stayed in this lovely Ft. Lauderdale condo. With the spacious bedrooms, large beds, and enormous couch, there was plenty of room for the entire family. We enjoyed the pool and beach every day and snuggled in to watch movies on the condo’s big-screen TV each night. The kitchen was fully equipped. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.

My party was with 2 couples, and we were very comfortable at this condo they had everything you needed. Pool, Ocean the Tiki bar Plus the best Italian Restaurante in the hotel. The Condo had 1 kin bed with bathroom and two queen beds in second room with bathroom. Justin the owner of the condo was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I would definitely stay @Just heads up the hotel makes you have a valet service you can't park your car on your own. The tiki bar has breakfast from 7-11 am and lunch and dinner. There are more restaurants in the area that I would say you could go out enjoy than always eating there. The Pool was warm and clean. The ocean was warm, we did not go in due to the storm coming from the south and the rip currents were bad.

I stayed at Ocean Manor Resort in Fort Lauderdale in mid-May and it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the valet service was very convenient. The building and amenities were clean and nice. The pool had a tiki bar and restaurant located right beside with direct access to the beach. Unit 511 is a corner unit with plenty of windows and natural lighting which I love. It was very spacious and clean. The master bedroom was very bright and spacious and included an ensuite washroom. Also a sunroom located right off the master suite. The sunset views were spectacular. I had a fabulous time their with no complaints and would recommend this condo to anyone looking to relax and have a getaway from the everyday.

I stayed at Justin’s condo with my husband and three children for a week. The location was perfect and the condo had absolutely everything we needed. Ample supply of glassware, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. He even provided a separate air mattress with extra pillows and sheets if needed. AC in the bedrooms worked great and we had more then enough room. Two full bathrooms was also totally perfect. AC in the main living area needs some maintenance but Justin assured it was being tended to soon. Also, it was wonderful to wake up in the morning and have a beautiful view of the city line and beach depending on what side of the balcony you sat at. We will definitely stay again.

Thank you glad you enjoyed. I believe hot tub is next door, not on site. Pool is impressive, I believe kids enjoy the deep end. My children are getting more comfortable with the ocean. About 1 mile out there is a reef and maybe quarter mile North a sunken ship. Sometimes you will see people scuba diving.

The host Justin is great. The condo is very good for people who want to get away and just enjoy some sun and fun. Very spacious and has everything you need pretty much. This place has everything we need! This is our fifth stay here and it’s always consistently been a great time. A clean and comfortable place to stay that has the easiest access to the beach and all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer! You don’t even need to leave because it’s all here! Full kitchen is great and Winn Dixie is within walking distance to stock it up, and it’s got the only tiki bar and restaurant right on the beach for miles! Other stores and restaurants are all in walking distance, parking is super easy with quick valets. Helpful front desk staff is always ready to answer questions, gift shop, salon, nice indoor restaurant and quick elevators too! Spacious unit has 2 nice bedrooms with their own TVs with so much more room in between! Every time we come back it feels like our second vacation home. Justin is always great to work with: quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommended!
