I furnish 2 beach chairs/ umbrella/ cooler/ 2 large noodles/ 2 beach towels. Also incidentals like tissue/ cleaning supplies. Vacuum/ iron/ ironing board/ hangers.
Assorted teas are in the bedroom/ 2 coffee cups/ 2 champagne flutes. 2 spoons. Etc. DvDs/ books to read. Ice! Use of refrigerator in room with freezer/ microwave/ coffee maker keurig style. This property is available currently for the season.
Rental is month to month at $3000 a month with a $200 cleaning fee and $400 damage deposit . The fees are paid inadvance to hold the time you request.
Why Kids Love It
Not great for kids. But there is basketball court and Childrens play area amd pool must be supervised with adult gor safety.
Just east of I 75 at the Forum. 35 minutes to Ft Myers Beach/ 15 minutes to down town. Top Golf very close. Golf courses within 2 miles. Downtown 15 minutes. Everything is very convenient. The weather is superb. Grt away from the cold snd relax!!
