Other in-house amenities are new LG laundry pair, air conditioning, 65" Sony Bravia 4K Full Array TV with appleTV, Sonos surround sound system, wifi and Weber BBQ. The community club house has a lovely 39' (12 m) pool, hot tub, gardens, billiard room, gym and tennis court. Close to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island, shopping, restaurants, golf, outlet malls, Boston Red Socks and Minnesota baseball spring training centres.
