Our rates are based on a 30 day period/month. February's rate will be reduced by 2 days ($352.00) The price includes all Florida 11.5% tourist tax's, background checks, cleaning fees. Our prices listed are for everything.

Area Information
If you know Fort Myers-Sanibel area than you know this is a fantastic location. Park the car in your 2 stall garage and go out the gate, turn right and Bunche Beach is just a short walk. You can rent a kayak at the beach. Fort Myers Beach is only 5 miles away. Go thru our locked walking gate and enter into the Publix strip mall that includes Publix's, Liquor store, hair salon, Chinese restaurant a sports bar an fine dining restaurant and a bike shop where you can rent bikes. The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar just a few minutes away. I have two sets of nice men's golf clubs for your use. Shell Point Golf less than 5 minutes away, peak season is about $150.00 for 18 holes, very nice course, worth every penny. Sanibel Island hang a left and you will be there in minutes. Why this property? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ! We have been vacationing in Fort Myers Beach area for over 30 years and recently came across this property after viewing many other areas in the popular Fort Myers Beach area. We are so excited to have purchased this. I am looking for individuals who would take care and respect our condo like they would their own home. It has been recently updated and decorated.
