Bike to Bunche Beach less than 1 mile away or bike (WE HAVE 2 BIKES) over too Sanibel Island just a couple of miles away.

We are a beautiful, gated community. Day guests are always welcomed and if 2 people are renting our condo you can have 2 overnight guests for up to 1 week or 4 people can rent the condo with day guests but no overnight guests.

Area Information
If you know Fort Myers-Sanibel area than you know this is a fantastic location. Park the car and pull our bikes out of your 2 stall garage and go out the gate, turn right and bike 1 mile to Bunche Beach or just a short walk to the beach to rent a kayak at the beach. Fort Myers Beach is only 5 miles away. Go thru our locked walking gate and enter into the Publix strip mall that includes 2 hair salons, 2 highly rated restaurants and 1 sports bar. Cross the street and go to Sanibel Outlet stores or make reservations at Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar just a few minutes away. Grab our golf clubs out of the garage (2 set's men's & 1 set woman's) Shell Point Golf less than 5 minutes away, peak season is about $85.00 for 18 holes, very nice course. Sanibel Island hang a left and you will be there in minutes. Make sure to Google these places and our location. Take a close look at the pictures they say more than I can type.

Why this property? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ! We have been vacationing in Fort Myers Beach area for over 30 years and recently came across this property after viewing many other areas in the popular Fort Myers Beach area. We are so excited to have purchased this. I am looking for individuals who would take care and respect our condo like they would their own home. It has been recently updated and decorated.
