We invite you to enjoy tropical tranquil breezes from the Atlantic Ocean side of Marathon and Boot Key Harbor sweeping through the grounds of this spacious DUPLEX property on a 7,500sq ft lot . The warm sunrise welcomes your morning as you wake and take in the views from the rear/ east facing large balcony. You will thoroughly enjoy this large well equipped property after a long day of fishing, sight seeing, beaching, diving/ snorkeling, shopping, dining or wherever your leisure travels may take you. The afternoon sun finds its resting place to the front/ west side of the property blanketing the grounds with much welcomed shade for a relaxing late afternoon resting on the canal side lounge chairs at the rear of the property with gentle tropical breezes that constantly blow thru the property (absolutely perfect nap conditions). The covered Breezeway (i.e. our rendition of the “family-cave”) at Luna Bay Breeze offers a large patio style “L” shape couch, an additional comfy couch, plenty of seating, dining table, bar/counter top with stools, cook prep area, extra outdoor dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, entertaining cooler, grills and the perfect combination of view, breeze and an open concept gathering area that makes anytime of day or weather perfect
You will enjoy a closet stocked full of great games such as corn hole, huge Jenga, large table top connect four, giant wooden & regular size dominoes, bingo, horse shoes and MANY more, we are constantly adding new games and outdoor toys for our guests to enjoy.

You will find for your complimentary enjoyment five (5) beach cruiser bicycles, nine (9) Kayaks (4 adult, 1 double & 4 youth) life jackets, beach chairs & umbrellas, coolers and much more

The vacation rental unit offers 1,200 sq ft boasting three (3) spacious bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms both with full size tubs. Enjoy the east or west facing private well appointed balconies, a great spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset.
Bedroom #1 (11’ x 14’) has a queen size bed and private bathroom
Bedroom #2 (11’ x 12’) has a queen size bed
Bedroom #3 (11’ x 8’) has a full over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle bed

You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the spacious fully equipped kitchen that has everything you may need for cooking & baking for just a few or a whole family & friends. In May 2021 we added new stainless steel appliances, new small appliances (Keurig coffee machine, electric hot water kettle, rice cooker, toaster, waffle maker , juicer, convection oven, pancake skillet, blender), new dinner & silverware, new utensils, new bake & cooking essentials to the kitchen for your convenience and will frequently replace and add new items as needed.
10 Pool/ Beach towels are provided in the unit
We typically stock the unit with the following items for your arrival & convenience, to get you started
Dish sponges & soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen and bathroom trash bags, paper towel, basic cleaning items, toilet paper, Keurig coffee pods, creamers & sugar, 6 liters of bottled water, bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion & soap
Free WiFi & 42” flat screens in living room, bedrooms 1 & 2 all equipped with Xfinity streaming TV with smart features
This full concrete construction duplex property has everything you need to relax , enjoy and create a memorable vacation in the Florida Keys. On-site gated parking (2 cars & 1 boat trailer MAX) and space for a 20-25’ boat on the canal front 75' concrete seawall with wooden extension dock complete with fish cleaning station and outdoor grill, to prepare all of your daily catches. Enjoy the multiple outdoor spaces for playing, relaxing & dining.
Outside cameras are on property for insurance & security purposes.
Please respect others that may be staying at the same time and DO NOT SMOKE in public shared spaces, there is a spot in the far corner you may use.

Our stay was amazing! From the gorgeous balconey views, to the convenient location, and the small touches like the welcome basket and coffee bar, we were floored with all aspects of our visit. Luna Bay Breeze is an amazing vacation get-away. The owners are extremely helpful and very responsive. The property has everything you need to spend time in the Keys whether you want to just relax in the many outdoor areas, take a dip in the pool, go kayaking, or just watch the manatees play in the canal. There are plenty of outdoors items including pool toys, snorkels, fishing supplies, kayaks, grilling tools, games, coolers, bikes and a Bluetooth speaker. The property is very clean and spacious. I definitely recommend Luna Bay Breeze for your next vacation.

Danielle was very professional and communicated her expectations thoroughly. The duplex was in a great location. Dock in good condition. We brought our boat and the boat ramp was next door, super convenient. House was clean and nicely equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The shower in the guest bathroom is plumbed backwards. I thought there was no hot water on the first night but my husband quickly figured it out, thank goodness. I would recommend this duplex for rental. We had a good experience with Danielle and look forward to returning.

Danielle, Marco, and Danica are the perfect hosts.The property is perfectly located to everything. Waking up and having coffee on the balcony looking out at the canal was so enjoyable. Danielle is a wealth of information and will point you in the right direction to all the fun things to do and see while in the Keys. This place is very clean and well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay one you will never forget!!!!!

Really loved it but like any New business it’s not perfect for everyone, Good easy private location in the Heart of Marathon. Like us the owners are Very Hard working people who are VERY accommodating , if you forgot it ask they have it. This was the perfect rental home for my family during our stay in marathon. Everything you could possibly need is provided! The property had plenty of space inside and outside so don’t let the fact that it is a duplex scare you. Danielle the owner is super nice and was so helpful to us we will without a doubt be returning to this location for our next family vacation in Marathon! I cannot thank the owners enough for my incredible time at this vacation rental. It was impeccably clean, the property, rooms, decks, and common areas were so spacious, and the light and ocean breezes were incredible. Danielle was always available to help answer my questions throughout my stay and gave me so many wonderful insider local tips about the area and potential adventures. When she found out that I loved kayaking, she suggested a secret island snorkeling destination that can be reached from a State Park. It made my whole trip all the more magical. She is incredibly generous with her time and very attentive to her guests’ needs. She cares deeply about creating a welcoming home away from home. The property is higher than all of the other surrounding houses so you feel like you are in a tree house. You wake up to an incredible sunrise and tropical birds chirping and you can easily kayak from the property’s dock through a canal to a beautiful beach or restaurant! I hope to be able to organize a big family reunion there soon. The outdoor common areas have everything you could possibly need for a multi-family and multi-generational vacation. I will recommend this to all of my friends and family and cannot wait to stay there again the next time that I travel to the Keys. Thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable stay, Danielle!

I have stayed in other rentals in Marathon before and this is definitely the nicest. The owner is constantly making upgrades and improvements to the property which is already great as it stands. The long seawall is so convenient for anyone who brings their boat and the property has more than enough room for your trailer. This will be my go to rental for all my future trips to Marathon.
