Have a cozy night by the fire pit at the dockside lounge and BBQ area or the hammock park. The lower levels offers a full-size kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and half-bath and the two bedrooms and full bath are on the upper level.

Sombrero Beach is a 10 minute drive (or 20 minute bike ride) from Cozy Conch and Coco Plum Beach is a 15 minute drive away. Kayaking, paddleboarding, and bike rental locations abound. Parks and local attractions such as a turtle hospital, dolphin encounter and aquarium are all just a few minutes away. Enjoy the many local seafood (and other) restaurants nearby!

We stayed for two months and the location is great - so close to 7 mile bridge! Owners have thought of everything and very well equipped in kitchen and elsewhere. I’ve never had a rental with the extras you’ll find here. Also very clean and they have supplies so I could clean during extended stay. Great pool and community area! Highly recommend!

My husband and I just returned from a 5 week vacation in Marathon. Our vacation was unbelievable, due mostly for the lovely home that we stayed in. Cozy Conch is amazing! The location in phenomenal, the dining in the area is wonderful and the amenities at Cozy Conch are the best that we have ever seen in our years of vacations! The heated swimming pool is great! Mory is such a great host! We are already looking at our calendar for 2025 to plan another stay at Cozy Conch! We highly recommend Cozy Conch.

This new rental is beautifully decorated with new furnishings. The upper deck overlooks the heated pool and just steps away from the elevated deck overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Appliances are new and top of the line with every small appliance and gadget you'll need. Great walking neighbor and just down the street is the best restaurant in the Keys--Lazy Days! This year I discovered their delicious breakfast. You're dining over the water and can enjoy glorious sunsets.
