The Cozy Conch is ideally located, just walking distance from the historic 7 mile bridge. Take a bike ride along Overseas Highway, enjoy the nearby beaches or have a cozy night by the fire pit at the dockside lounge and BBQ area or the hammock park. The lower levels offers a full-size kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and half-bath and the two bedrooms and full bath are on the upper level.

Sombrero Beach is a 10 minute drive (or 20 minute bike ride) from Cozy Conch and Coco Plum Beach is a 15 minute drive away. Kayaking, paddleboarding, and bike rental locations abound. Take a snorkeling or dive tour from one of the many providers nearby. Rent a pontoon boat for the day and enjoy the beauty at your leisure. Parks and local attractions such as a turtle hospital, dolphin encounter and aquarium are all just a few minutes away. Enjoy the many local seafood (and other) restaurants nearby!
Marathon is ideally located in the middle of the fabulous Florida Keys - just a 45 minute drive South to Key West!

No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
We require a $500 security deposit check to be mailed in....we will shred this check after your departure.

About the owner: We are Florida natives (now in our 50s) who always dreamed of owning a home in the Keys. We love boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, diving and anything else that involves the ocean. We have 4 adult kids between us, and 2 fur babies, including one very spoiled but lovable French Bulldog, Khloe.
Why this property? This property is brand new, very clean and easy to stay in and maintain. It boasts a great kitchen and very comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. We are ideally located in the middle of the keys, with easy access to the area beaches and local attractions and restaurants. The neighbors are all very friendly and welcoming, and there is always something going on at the community. We are only 45 minutes from Key West (and Islamorada) so day trips to those are easy. Coming in Summer 2023, there will also be a pool in the community - on the lot just across from Cozy Conch - and a park area (on the lot just behind Cozy Conch).

This new rental is beautifully decorated with new furnishings. The upper deck overlooks the heated pool and just steps away from the elevated deck overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Appliances are new and top of the line with every small appliance and gadget you'll need. Great walking neighbor and just down the street is the best restaurant in the Keys--Lazy Days! This year I discovered their delicious breakfast. You're dining over the water and can enjoy glorious sunsets.
