About the Property
Our Paseo home is a 2016-constructed, non-smoking villa situated at the end of a culdesac. The home has a full-size two car garage and heated swimming pool.
The home is a modern single level fully furnished with modern and new furnishings. The master bedroom is large, spacious with a window overlooking the pool and the fountain of the lake. Each bedroom is equipped with app driven Big Ass Haiku ceiling fans which are very quite, efficient and energy efficient. LED lighting is also provided in all rooms, connected to app driven system.
The master bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable and high quality king sized mattress. A walk in closet is attached to the large master bath. The bathroom has a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower and two sinks.
The second and third bedrooms have queen beds each with their own full baths and pocket doors to create maximum privacy for each. Both bedrooms are furnished with new very comfortable beds and and high quality bedding and towels.
A separate utility room directly off of the garage is equipped with a washer and dryer and sink.
The first floor has all tile floors on the vertical, a fully furnished office, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area for 6 and a cozy family room with 60' HDTV. In addition, the home is equipped with Sonos speakers for digital listening and app-driven convenience.
The kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances, dishware, cutlery, pots, pans, and just about every cooking utensil or other gadget you will ever need. White quartz counter tops create a modern and crisp feel. Wireless, high-speed internet is provided in the home.
In addition, a heated pool with hot tub is located within a screened lanai. The lanai has sunning lounge chairs and an Ipe wood table and six chairs, making for secluded and picturesque meals. A propane gas grill is provided.
We are looking for adult tenant with desire to rent for multiple winter months (November-March). We are flexible around exact months of lease.
The Village Center's amenities, with most things being free, include a Caribbean resort-style pool complex, state-of-the-art sports amenities including a fitness center (no fees except for special classes or training), six Har-Tru tennis courts (available for free whenever lessons or round robin play aren't happening), a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts (free), basketball courts (free), a full-service concierge, an ice cream parlor (very reasonably priced), a full-service Pub Restaurant, a full service spa, a business center/internet café (free), coffee shop and a movie theatre (free including popcorn; bring your own drinks).
The pool complex is like those found at a Caribbean resort. It sits on a peninsular lakefront site surrounded on three sides by water. The free-form pool includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes as well as a poolside gazebo (the 'Tiki Bar'), which serves a lunch menu and tropical drinks. Adjacent to the main pool is a large whirlpool, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground. The richly landscaped sundeck offers custom-designed furnishings and a large semi-circle of seven authentic Old Florida Chickee Huts with wooden decks to provide shade.
Overlooking Paseo’s resort-style pool, the Spa offers a full menu of spa services, including hand therapy, foot therapy, waxing, facial therapy and massage therapy, as well as scrubs and wraps, all in beautifully-decorated rooms. You may schedule manicures, pedicures, a variety of facials and six different kinds of massages, including one poolside amid the calming sounds of the pool's waterfalls.
The Fitness Center is a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym featuring treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights and 14 weight machine stations featuring 23 different workout options.
Everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home is here at Paseo or just a short drive away. Paseo is a short drive away from I-75 and the Fort Myers International Airport (RSW); only 5 miles away from JetBlue Park At Fenway South, the Spring Training home of the Boston Red Sox; and also just 5 miles away from Hammond Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins. Fort Myers Beach, Gulf fishing, and the paradise islands of Sanibel and Captiva are just a 20 minute drive away. There are several top-notch public/private golf courses within 10 minutes drive of Paseo.
Food is available at the Village Center's Pub, the pool-side Tiki Bar, or the Bistro, which is open for special occasions and Sunday brunch. All are priced very reasonably.
Groceries are a 5 minute drive away at the nearby Publix, Walgreen's, and CVS. There are restaurants of every kind nearby. Shops of all kinds, including malls and outlet malls, are less than a 10 minute drive from Paseo.
The vibrant, social hub of the Paseo community is the 26,000 square foot Village Center. Strolling the Village Center, it's easy to imagine that you have stepped back in time to some quaint, European town of the 1950s.
Paseo is located on Penzance, two turns off Daniels Pkwy in the affluent South Ft Myers area and is only 10 minutes to the SW Florida International Airport (RSW)
The home is located just 5 miles from Gulf Coast Medical Center, a comprehensive modern medical center with nearly all medical specialties represented.
Professional baseball spring training facilities for the Minnesota Twins & the brand-new Boston Red Sox JETBLUE PARK at FENWAY SOUTH, are each less than 15 minutes from the home.
