The Condo is located in a safe gated community. Guests will be provided with an entry code that will need to be entered at gate kiosk for entry.
House Rules and Policies:
- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 27 years old to book
- NOTE: Per HOA requirements, all adult guests will need to pass a criminal background check.
The condo will be cleaned and sanitized before move in.

Notes:
All towels and linens are provided. Guests are responsible for day to day laundry and cleaning. Condo will be thoroughly cleaned prior to move in.
All adults will need to pass the back ground checks online.
PAYMENT RULES
If you are a first time guests, pay $1000 plus 1/3 of total rental to reserve our condo and balance due 30 days prior to move in date.
OUR CANCELATION POLICIES:
If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of rental
If you cancel between 0 to 30 days there will be no refunds.
