The Rio Vista Retreat, nestled in Fort Lauderdale’s most idyllic, tree-lined neighborhood, features the original (and totally refurbished) Select-grade Red Oak hardwood floors, Dade County Pine, and cathedral ceilings with exposed Cedarwood beams and stunning, yet (comfortable) casual décor.
This classic Old Florida charm is the perfect setting for carefree living with the all-new, custom-designed kitchen, master suite, living room, dining area, bathrooms, and guest bedroom. All-new central air conditioning, new washer/dryer, and new house-connected garage with electric door opener.
The kitchen features tile from Italy, Blanco sink, and specialized matte black, stainless steel appliances including the French Instaview door-in-door refrigerator, self-clean oven/range, sensor cooking microwave, Keurig Duo Plus coffee maker; with both brewer carafe and K-Cup pod, and quad-wash dishwasher.
The newly designed and enlarged master suite with a King bed, hardwood floors and Minka ceiling fan includes a large walk-in closet.
