Portside Resort - 2 Bedroom and 2.5 BATHS - YES! 2 FULL BATHS and 1 half bath downstairs! Located on Front Beach Road across the street from the beach! Equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Both the Master and Guest bedrooms both have KING beds. Family oriented with full access to the beach just right across the street! A sleeper sofa is even located in the the living room area (houses a queen mattress).
Portside Beach Resort is situated on 16 beautiful landscaped acres. The community is very neighborly. There is room to ride your bikes, take leisurely walks, and spend time on the porch away from all the traffic of the beach. There are 3 pools on site (one heated, seasonal), kiddie pool, Hot tub, 3 tennis courts, club house and shuffle board areas. During your stay at Portside, there will not be a wasted minute waiting on elevators, luggage carts or traveling back and forth to a parking garage as you have the convenience of parking at your front door. Speaking of convenience, you're just minutes from Panama City's New International Airport, Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, fishing, scuba diving, sailing, golf, jet ski, parasailing, fine dining, shopping and much more. If you're a beach lover, located directly across the street is the beautiful beach, and the warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

About the owner: Hello and welcome to our little slice of Heaven! Portside Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a cozy and luxurious community right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our unit, Q4, provides a nicely renovated 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath condo with full kitchen and living room to up to 6 people. We have two king beds, a queen pull-out couch to accommodate your family. Our unit’s rental includes Xfinity high speed internet, Xfinity TV, all utilities, and access to pools, tennis courts, and of course, the beach. There are multiple golf courses in the area, Pier Park is only a couple miles, and there are wonderful restaurants all around. Deep sea fishing charters, go-karts, putt-putt, and much more await here in PCB.
We, Tate and Meghann Gaines, are from just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We are a young married couple with a three year old daughter, Maggie. Tate is an insurance agent and Meghann is a stay at home mom. We both have been to this area many times and have fallen in love with all PCB has to offer. This is a beautiful CLEAN unit. Just a short walk to the beach. Very close to one of two pools in the complex. It is decorated perfectly, not too much beachy .. just classy. All of the furniture and bedding are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need for your stay. My advise is: Don't hesitate or someone else will be enjoying this beautiful townhouse. Also the customer service is outstanding. Very clear instructions on directions, door codes, and what to do at check out. They make it perfectly clear on how to reach them in the event you needed to. Although our stay was perfect, it was nice to know that they were just a phone call away. I would not hesitate to stay here again. And I almost forgot to mention, the location is on the west end of the beach, best kept secret down there. Just 2 miles to Pier Park and a short drive to any restaurant or attraction you may be interested in.

Had a great stay at this residence. The location is great. Very close to pier park, fast food, and great restaurants. The house itself is a little walk to the beach but we never had problems finding a parking spot. 3 different community pools were great although the hot tub wasnt working.The owners were fantastic and communicated great. The beaches at Panama isnt nearly as packed as the ones we have visited in destin.Overall a 5 star place for us. We had 6 people in the party and we were very comfortable. We will visit this place again.

Condo is in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the fact that there were no elevators. We parked right in front. We loved the upstairs balcony with the comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was very convenient, only a short walk. We never had a problem with parking spaces. The beach is only a short walk. We would drive to the front of the complex and walk across the street to the beach access. It was very quiet and constantly saw security patrolling the complex. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in this condo. Very good and thorough communication throughout the rental process. Nicely designed and decorated unit with everything you need. Very quiet location on West End past pier park. Very short walk to the beach when you park at the front of the complex area. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

I had the pleasure of staying here for Memorial Day weekend, and it was wonderful!! Every room was decorated so beautifully. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen had every little thing you could ever need. They even provided us beach chairs. 10 out of 10!!!
