My husband and I recently retired and spent the month of January. Condo was clean and updated. The location is fantastic being on the West end in Laguna Beach which we love. The host was great and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this condo. Thank you Chris for sharing your beautiful condo with us and making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Dont let the exterior deter you, this is a great beach getaway. The area is quiet, you can see the beach from the balcony. You can be on the beach in 2 mins, just walk across the street. The inside is clean and updated, small yet functional. TVs in each room. Good wifi. My family of 4 spent 4 days here and we had a great time.My only negative thing to say is the grass has some kind of spikey ball that grows in it that is very sharp, it seems to be prevalent in the area, so while the location is dog friendly the grass could be more friendly.Its a 5 min drive to grocery and food and the beach was quiet and clean. I would definitely come back .

James T.The perfect location
While not on the beach as can be seen in the pictures it is incredibly easy to access the beach. The condo is on the west end and their is not a lot of traffic to contend with. You are fairly close to pier park, Walmart and numerous eating establishments. There is a small grocery store a very short walk away and price are very reasonable. Now for the condo itself, it is very clean with all new appliances to include a washer and dryer. Nice big screen tv in the living area and bedrooms have nice 42 inch tv’s all with Wi-Fi and streaming services provided. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils and all the plates, cups, glasses and silverware that you will need for a night, a weekend, a week or longer. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one on front has a balcony that you can see the ocean from and the there has a queen bed ( I think ) on the bottom and full bunk bed on top. There are 2 1/2 baths, 1/2 bath down stairs and 2 full baths upstairs. We stayed 10 nights and loved it, we will be back.

Jessica Q.Brand new condo steps away from the beach
This condo fit our family's needs perfectly. It's a newly renovated condo and everything is brand new. It has a great layout and is only one block from the beach. We were able to get all of our beach stuff easily on and off the beach and enjoy breaks to get lunch and snacks with a short walk back to the condo. We will definitely be staying here again for our beach vacations!

KevinQuite place on the beach that is clean and comfortable
Stayed in Panama City Beach and with my family and enjoyed every minute of it. This location is great being across the street and not having to worry about the traffic from the hotels. Safe for kids to play and still have beach access to the where its not crowed. Would recommend staying here, if your looking for a true getaway.
