The rental at Tower 4-1007 was perfect for my family of four, and we all had a great time. The interior of the listing was even larger than shown in the pictures. Everything was super clean and I am very particular--I was surprised that I found no sand at all anywhere, unlike other properties I have stayed at on the beach. Direct access to the beach was very easy to navigate. The host/hostess answered all of my many annoying questions very promptly and kindly. Being able to order groceries and have them delivered to the unit without additional cost was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

This is the absolute best condo we have ever stayed in at PCB! Very clean! Nice decor and appliances! Right on the beach! 2 free beach chairs daily! Lazy river pool! Close to all food and shopping! I can’t say enough! We will definitely be back!

Recently renovated condo. High quality throughout! Well equipped with all the toys. Spacious common are with a master suite on each end. New high quality sliding doors to a spacious lanai overlooking the beach!! Highly recommended!!!

My sister and I stayed here for a week recently and had a great experience! The condo is just as descibed and just as pictured. There is an expansive view of the beach from the sitting area, dining table, and kitchen. The applances are all new and in great working order. There are plenty of dishes, pots and cooking utensils. The balcony is very spacious with comfy furniture. We went too early in the year (last week of Jan) for warm enough weather to enjoy the beach or balcony. I highly recommend this condo!

We highly recommend this unit! We loved it! It was nicely decorated and had extra touches like charging plugs at the master nightstand. It was well-stocked with dishes, pans and utensils if you decide to cook and eat in. It was very clean and looked like the pictures. We loved the view from the 10th floor balcony and would definitely stay at this unit again. We have stayed at Long Beach previously and enjoy the location and resort, this condo did not disappoint! Farah at ivacationinpcb.com was great to work with, and our vacation experience went smoothly.
