Penny was lovely to rent from. Very responsive to any needs that came up during our stay. The condo was just as pictured online. We didn’t want to leave and know we will book this condo again!

Beautiful condo! Well maintained, clean, well-stocked kitchen amenities (including Keurig!). Includes private parking below building which is a huge plus at the Calypso. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and we have never had a host as attentive and caring as Penny. She went out of her way to make sure that every step went smoothly. Next time we visit we will definitely return to this property. Thanks Penny!!

I love this condo! The decor and the beautiful view was the best! Right next to pier park with restaurants, shops & fun activities. This is the nicest & cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it. The only thing I would have to say that I didn't care for was the traffic in that area. Oher than that, it was amazing!

Absolutely amazing Condo! Penny is the best host I have EVER worked with period. I have rented quite a few properties and also used to be a part time travel agent and she is seriously amazing.

Her condo is just beautiful with the best views with a corner unit. The beds are wonderful and the most comfortable I have slept on. The kitchen is fully stocked and the fridge is very nice.

The owner spot under the garage is so nice!

Penny cares about her guests and treats you like family. She remembered my Birthday and also sent me weather information on our last day when bad weather was coming in. I really can go on and on about how wonderful she is.

You will not regret renting her condo. It is spotless and beautifully decorated. We are sad to be back home but can't wait to go back and stay again.

I stayed in this beautiful condo while competing in Ironman Florida. The location made walking to everything easy and the views from the balcony could not be better. The condo was equipped with the most comfortable and elegant furniture. I think I slept better here than I do in my own bed!! We had everything we needed for the perfect trip. Although we were close to the pier and many great restaurants, we did cook some meals in house to be healthy. Additionally, the parking space under the building was a unique benefit I didn't know I needed! I could not have been happier with the trip, the owner of this beautiful property, and the location. I cannot wait to return! Thank you for everything Penny! You are wonderful!

The property is as advertised, actually even better. Very nice and comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean. Well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, etc. and even had some basic seasonings). Plenty of towels. The views were great. The parking access was smooth and the parking was perfect. (While we did a great deal of walking, we did use the car quite a bit and the building parking was much more convenient than the garage across the street.) Check-in was easy - just parked, went to the elevator then the floor; the door key was push button. The condo was at the end of the breeze-way so no others visitors around or elevator noise.

A few minor items. The fitness center was closed due to Covid. One of the pools was closed for maintenance. (There's a second one that was fine.) The elevator area and breeze-way were being painted Saturday afternoon and night. Parts of the outside were being cleaned (pressure washed) prior to painting. In general, minor inconveniences.

Finally, the owner was perfect to deal with. Questions were answered promptly; communication was always easy and to the point. This is a property I would visit again.

Great location within walking distance of pier and pier park. Good fishing right out the door. Condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Penny is great to work with and responds to questions or needs quickly. Excellent!

My Family & I have stayed at Calypso for the past 4 years in Oct for Fall Break. It is located w/in walking distance to the Pier & Pier Park which has multiple shops & restaurants to offer, so convenient...especially w/ children. Penny was an absolute pleasure to work with, top notch. She made sure that we had everything that we needed upon check in & that everything was to our satisfaction. Communication was 5 star as well as Calypso. Thank you Penny for the beautiful condo rental, we had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at 809W Calypso. Owner was excellent at responding promptly and making sure we had everything we needed, which we did and more. Beautiful gulf view, very comfortable beds in all bedrooms, several staple items that were nice to have in the kitchen and bathrooms. We stayed in and cooked a few nights and had everything we needed to do so and more. Love the location, which is a very short walk to Pier Park and short quick access to Wal-Mart to get out groceries. The beach chairs were a huge plus as well! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Despite the weather on some days being less than good, we had a really good time. The location by Pier Park and the quality of the furnishings can't be beat. One way to judge an owner is how they handle problems with the condo when they pop up. Upon our arrival, it was obvious the unit had not been cleaned. One phone call to Penny and she not only handled it quickly by getting the cleaning team there right away but she also gave us a $100 gift certificate for our trouble. She is obviously an owner that cares.

Tons of close by things to do places to see and day trips. This condo is top notch and owners are so pleasant. Highly recommend end unit like this one. Views are panoramic of water.

We have stayed at Calypso numerous times over the past few years and have always enjoyed it and this year was no exception. This unit was very clean and offered spectacular views and the weather and water were beautiful our entire stay. There were plenty of hand sanitizer stations set up around elevators as well as other common areas throughout the property which made us feel more relaxed about our safety during this pandemic. Thanks again and we look forward to coming back in the future!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed!!! ( they even had complimentary starter toiletries!) The beach was perfect, the view was amazing! The location is awesome! The only place we drive was to get groceries! I would highly recommend!

Parking, check in and check out was seamless. The location is the best-a short walk to pier park and a very short drive to the grocery store! Everything in the unit was perfect and the views have to be the best in PCB! We had a great vacation, thank you so much! We will be back!

Oh, the views! I only wish sunsets would have cooperated so we could have gotten to enjoy them in the beautiful beach.

The condo was spotless when we got there and exactly what we saw online.

The owner was one of the most responsive we have had in any of our previous rentals. Super quick to respond to questions. Entire process was seamless. We would love to stay in this unit again anytime.

I recommend being kind at 745 to get your chair rental. Gets you best views. Beach service was onspot and everyone enjoyed the tiki bar.

Pier park was so close! As was Walmart for groceries (0.5 miles), liquor store almost across the street. Great location!
