The Sunset at Calypso is a premium luxury unit containing 3 king suites in a western facing, mid level, corner unit. Yes, you read that correctly - 3 bedrooms each with king sized beds and each with a dedicated full bathroom.
This sunny and light filled corner unit features unobstructed views to both the south and the west. The kitchen - dining - living areas are oriented to the west for the most incredible views found anywhere. You'll be able to view the famous Russell Fields Pier from both inside and outside your unit which makes a special and beautiful backdrop for the best sunsets you've ever experienced. Of course, you'll be able to take a short 300 step walk to fabulous Russell Field Pier and Pier Park shopping and restaurants!
This unit comes with a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the OWNERS GARAGE, directly under the tower and FREE BEACH SERVICE (from March to October) which includes a two lounger set-up with an umbrella. If you're into beautiful sunsets and stunning gulf views along with being close to everything, this is the place for you! This unit perfect for three couples, as well as families. It's also great for the popular girl's trips or men's fishing and golf trips that so many enjoy. The sofa also makes a queen bed for a unit maximum of 8 guests.
This unit features tile flooring throughout (no carpet or vinyl). The furniture is beautiful / comfortable and the bedding is first class. Throughout the unit you'll find granite counter tops in the kitchen, a wet bar, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The unit has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living room / dining area features both southern and western views. You're just going to love this floor plan and long-range views at the perfect 8th floor height.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
You'll start by entering a private key code to access the OWNERS GARAGE, located beach side and directly below your unit, where you will be able to park one car in our privately owned parking space (less than 10% of the condos at Calypso own a spot in the Owners Garage). Then take the elevator directly from the OWNERS GARAGE to our condo on the 8th floor. You will then enter a private key code to unlock the door and enter. You don't have to go to a lobby to "check in" or to a different location to "get your keys". Once you are inside the unit, you will find your personal parking pass on the kitchen table. Please hang this pass from the rear view mirror of your car. It is good for the duration of your stay.
Calypso Resort charges a $20 registration fee per party which includes access to all resort amenities plus access to one parking spot in the North Garage, across the street. If your party has more than one vehicle, it will use this parking space in the North garage. The fee covers the entire duration of your stay.

About the owner: "The Sunset at Calypso" is owned by Timeout PCB, LLC and was purchased in April of 2020 and remodeled in December of 2020. Timeout PCB also owns two other trophy condos at Calypso: "The Shoreline at Calypso" (3rd floor corner) and "The Sandcastle at Calypso" (2nd floor center). If the Sunset (three king suites) is not large enough for you, check out these other two units.
Timeout PCB is a family owned and operated entity. We manage our properties personally and we do not manage properties for others. My name is Penny Lancaster and I'm a retired school teacher and real estate broker. My husband is a community banker. We vacation in our own units and take pride in their quality and appearance.
