Once you settle back and relax in our condo you will know without a doubt this is the vacation spot and condo you have been looking for. The newly decorated condo is nothing short of being amazing with a view that's spectacular. Words cannot describe the view in the morning from the balcony watching the Dolphins play; it's truly a blessing to rise early, grab a Danish, a cup of coffee, then enjoy the wonders of the Gulf from the balcony. After a day on the beach or a day of shopping, watching the sun set over the emerald-green waters from the balcony is breathtaking and romantic.
One will quickly discover that Splash Resort is one of the most luxurious condominiums located around Panama City Beach; located on the West end of the beach it offers one of the most relaxing and welcoming location in Panama City Beach Florida. All the property and amenities located at Splash are maintained in outstanding condition by excellent and professional maintenance staff. With the vast number of amenities available to one at Splash, one will quickly agree that nothing is ever overlooked. Debbie and I make several trips to our second home throughout the year, and we always find time to up-date assorted items throughout the condo, replacing furniture, kitchen items, and adding or replacing the décor, so there is always something new and refreshing to see in our condo. There is always something new and different. And for 2026 we have totally renovated the master bath by removing the tub/shower and having built a fabulous walk-in shower. And for the second full bath, the renovations include rremoval of the existing tub/shower and replacement with a new tub/shower and linen cubbies.
Debbie and I take suggestions from our guests seriously and if feasible we add to or up-grade accordingly. We take pleasure in keeping our condo not only in first class condition for us, but for you as our guest. A few of the amenities that await you are flat screen TV's, internet, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, all new furniture, and many more amenities not mentioned. We appreciate positive comments as to improve on the best of the best; and appreciate negative comments to correct discrepancies that arise between our visits.
We also provide free beach service for our guests; the service is provided by a private contractor located on site from March through October. The service consists of two lounge chairs with umbrella. You only need to tell the attendant on duty you are the guest of Gary and Debbie Payne in condo # 2005-E and they will provide you with special personal service.

Just a few of the unique benefits of our condo are the view from the 20th floor balcony, especially in the morning while the kids are still sleeping and you're enjoying that first cup of coffee. The gentle breeze coming in off the Gulf and occasionally getting to watch the Devil Rays swim close to the beach or the dolphins swim and jump is much more relaxing than having your nose to the grindstone back home. Then to cap off the day after being on the beach or by the pool; watching the sunset from the balcony is amazing.
And yet another incredible fun-filled benefit is for the kids; they will have a blast in the pool park. And while you are watching them enjoy the pool life you can relax either in the shade or in the sun. There is a Tiki Bar located right there in the pool area. So, it really doesn't get much better than getting your favorite beverage, a good book to read and relaxing while the kids play. So, what’s stopping you? Why Kids Love It
Kids love Splash because of the Water Park, Lazy River Pool, Kids Splash pad, and Water Slides. If the sun is too hot, water too rough, red flags flying, weather somewhat questionable, no worries!!! The kids will have a wonderful time at the water park.
The much talked about PIER PARK is here and only two miles east of Splash. The festivities, shops, dining facilities, along with the extraordinary events ongoing daily and nightly make this an awesome and exciting place to visit after a day on the beach day-after-day. Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is just across the street from the beach and features a roof-top view of the Gulf; order a drink and enjoy the cool breeze coming in from the Gulf while watching the waves roll in.

All vehicles must have a valid Splash Guest Parking Pass. You will need to obtain the parking pass from the registration desk, the fee for parking is $40 and valid for the duration of your stay. The desk is located on the second floor of the skybridge on the parking deck side. You will also receive at the time of registration wristbands for everyone 5 years and older.

As long term renters, we were very fortunate to stay at ‘Splash’. The location is perfect and the amenities were appreciated. The building is well maintained with friendly staff.Our stay at your condo was our winter home and we loved it! The ocean view is outstanding!Your condo is very well appointed with all the necessities that made us feel ‘at home’. The recliners are comfortable and cozy. The furnishings and decor are all good quality and we appreciated that. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The master suite is just lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower was an added bonus. Well done.We totally enjoyed staying at your condo and highly recommend it. It was excellent! Thanks so much. We hope to be back again.

We were so excited to find that you had another condo. We had rented from you for several years when you had a condo at another location in PCB. We stayed at your new condo at Splash and you did not disappoint. You always think of every little detail like a basket of snacks and water in the fridge. You always have lots of towels, shampoo, soap, ect that most condo rentals don’t offer. We have been coming to Panama City Beach for about 20 years. We have stayed up and down the beach but have always loved the west end of the beach the most. This is our first time staying at Splash and definitely loved all the amenities they have to offer. Your condo is so warm and inviting and has been decorated beautifully. You are so accommodating and the bed in the master is so comfortable. We loved watching the sun come up from the bedroom. The balcony has beautiful views and we loved drinking our morning coffee watching the Dolphins play. Thanks Gary and Debbie for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We look forward to renting from you in the future.
