About this rental
This Classic beach cottage has been completely renovated and is truly home away from home. You can sit outside and enjoy the million dollar view of the gulf. The cottage is located away from the crowds in a quiet residential neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere. The "World's Most Beautiful Beach" is a 70 yard walk away. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach at Laguna Beach which is a private strip of beach. There is a landmark donut shop, "Thomas Donuts" just around the corner from the cottage. You can walk two blocks to the local grocery store, "Carousel" for all your needs. There is family recreation, golf, a great selection of restaurants, and a fabulous shopping mall, "Pier Park" within 5 miles.
Beds: 1 King , 1 Queen , 1 Queen Sofa Bed. Completely furnished with everything to make it home away from home. Located on a private strip of beach that has no construction and is for recreation purposes for the owners and their guest.
Minimal Age:
The minimum age is 25 for the booking responsible party
Pets:
Your one dog is welcome upon approval by the owner and a daily pet fee of $15 daily. Monthly rate is $100.
COVID-19 BOOKING PROCEDURES
1. A THROUGH CLEANING WILL BE DONE INCLUDING DETAILED DISINFECTION MEASURES PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
2. THE NATIONAL COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE APPLIED DURING THE BOOKING STAY.
3. HAND ANTI BACTERIAL AND DISINFECTANT SOAPS WILL BE SUPPLIED.

Attended University of Alabama and Auburn University earning a Master's degree in Math and Physics. Worked as an aerospace engineer for 15 years at NASA in Huntsville, Al. Have been involved with various private computer software businesses and currently have a computer and network business for homes and office. Am an avid saltwater fisherman and love college sports.

This beach home was so peaceful. Everything you need and want in a getaway. Half a block to the beach and 2 blocks to the store. Set back from the street so traffic went unnoticed. Thomas's restaurant was a short half block for delicious food. On the back porch I spent many hours reading and enjoying the birds, squirrels and butterflies while drifting to and fro on the porch swing. This home will be one you will always remember with a smile.

This home away from home was more wonderful than I have ever known. Walking in I just felt at home immediately. Warm, comfortable and inviting. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Outside the upper deck is great for watching the sunrise over the water. I spent so much time on the porch swing I think I left an imprint. Walking half a block to laze on the beautiful beach and gaze out to the gorgeous ocean, yup, I was in heaven. 2 blocks to a great grocery store, the carousel, was so easy, and the staff there are super helpful. Eating at Thomas's was super delicious. Think I gained 5 pounds. This home was so much more than a cold, colorless condo. Mr Wise was the Supreme host. He is so great and kind. I would stay forever but family insisted I come home. I miss swinging on that deck getting my wine on and reading my time away so much. Beach, scampering squirrels, butterflies and chirpping birds. Heaven.

We was trying to have a long vacation that didn’t break the bank, this was perfect!! We loved how close the donut shop is! The house is away from the busiest part of the beach front road, so it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere in PCB. But just relax and enjoy the sea breeze!! Mr. Larry tried his hardest to take care of all our needs ASAP! And, called to check on us, so I thought that was very nice!! We didn’t cook at all but it appears to have everything needed if we wanted to cook! The wood flor are so soft and it’s like they make sand disappear! I can tell someone cleans this house well!! Despite it being an older house, it is extremely clean, with no dust on anything! I loved that we never had to wait for an elevator and the beach was fairly easy assess! Sand is tough to walk through no matter how short the trip through is! Thanks we will be back!! The water was just the most beautiful EVER! Just like we were in Mexico or something!!

Larry was a pleasure to rent from. He was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful in giving recommendations in the area. The cottage is clean, equipped with everything you need, has amazing decks that you can relax on. The top deck was my favorite I could drink my morning coffee and look at the ocean. Also the grocery store, carousel is two blocks walking distance that has everything you need so you don’t have to drive anywhere and can relax even more I definitely will be staying there again. Thanks Larry for such a wonderful time

This house is the best place we ever rented. Had everything you would need plus more. Loved the upper deck for ocean view. Fenced in yard for my fur baby was a huge plus. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows, never slept so good. Close enough to walk to the beach. Thomas doughnuts were so good but I will warn you if you go outside in the late evening you can smell the doughnuts cooking. Had great coney dogs to. Nice grocery store within walking distance. Short drive to pier park . Far enough down to be more quiet and beach less crowded. The owner Larry is a very nice man. I can't say enough about this home. I can say we are in the process of renting again.

The house was comfortable and beautiful done inside. Just a short walk to the beach that is private and not crowded. All the comforts of home. Grocery store and eating out within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.
