Come enjoy the most beautiful beach in the world and soak up those sun rays. Our family owns 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom luxuriously large BEACHFRONT condominiums at the Regency Towers Resort Condominium, 5801 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL.
--Three 3-bedroom condominiums (+1,450 sq ft) - 1st, 2nd, 8th floors - sleep up to 10 guests
--One 1-bedroom condominium (+1,000 sq ft) - 2nd floor (right next door to our 3-bedroom condo) - sleeps up to 6 guests
Free beach service (2 lounge chairs + umbrella) included for your entire stay.
All our condominiums directly face the Gulf of Mexico (south view) and offer an outstanding view of the beach and the pools. You may catch the dolphins at play or enjoy a relaxing dinner on your private balcony while watching the sunset. The balcony is accessible through sliding glass doors from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The 3-bedroom condominiums are fabulously large, have a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room, living room, and 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms, 2 queen or 2 full beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is free WiFi throughout the resort and in each condominium. The living room and each bedroom have Smart TVs and ceiling fans. Each condo has a washer/dryer for your use. All bedding and towels provided.
The 1-bedroom condominium is delightfully large (+1,000 sq ft) with a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining room, living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. One of the sofas in the living room makes into a queen sleeper. We also have a twin fold-up cot (with mattress) and a king air mattresses (electric pump). There is free WiFi throughout the resort and in the condominium. There are Smart TVs and ceiling fans in each room. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and private balcony. There is a washer/dryer for your use. All bedding and towels provided.
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools, a children's pool, a gorgeous Jacuzzi/hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, an area to play basketball, shuffleboard courts, and exercise facilities. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use. This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach and emerald green waters, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at the Bikini Bob's bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking is free, and free RV and boat parking (with a boat ramp 4 blocks north) is also available. A new bait, beer and ice store and Dollar store across the street. Karaoke and nightly entertainment is provided in the summer.
Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced too.
Biking is easy, and the beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 3 miles away. Schooners beach club, Newby's Too, and great restaurants are in walking distance, shopping and entertainment close by.
Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches ranks it in the top 10 vacation destinations every year. If you're a golfer, there is a wide variety of golf courses.

The Regency Towers Resort charges a $40 Resort Fee (this fee includes 1 parking pass within the gated property). Additional parking passes can be purchased from the Resort at $15/vehicle.

I have been to beaches all over the world and none compare with Panama City Beach. The soft white sandy beach is never hot on the feet, there are no broken shells or coral to cut your feet, the waves are gentle, and the water temperature is delightful. I also like that the beach is not as crowded as many other areas I have been. Panama City Beach is great for 'family vacations' (which is what I like!), but it has many exciting places for the the young adult crowd to gather and make new friends,

Inside Scoop
Visit St Andrews Park (just 2 miles from Resort). You can walk trails, tour an old turpentine still, walk around lake with alligators, take a boat shuttle to Shell Island and snorkel for sea treasures, fish off the jetties, or rent a pontoon boat for 1/2 a day.
Visit the Bear Creek Feline Center at 8822 Tracy Way, Panama City, FL Telephone . This non-profit center has Florida Panthers, a Mountain Lion, Bobcats, Jaguarundi, Siberian Lynx, and African Servals. The visit goes beyond just looking at the animals as you can enter the enclosure for the Servals. It is very educational and non-zoo like.

About the owner: My family and I live in Minnesota. We started going to Panama City Beach for Spring Break in the early 1970's. We went every year, and as our children grew up and started having their own families, we all continued to vacation there.
In 1992, my son said we should buy a condominium in Panama City Beach as we all love it so much. Then a few years later my daughter also wanted to own 'a piece of heaven'.
Then some other friends from Minnesota wanted to own their own condominium as well. Now I am 'Property Manager' for 6 condominium (3 we own and 3 of our friends).
Why this property? The first phase of this Resort was built in 1970; the second phase built in 1975. The condominiums are extremely large -- you can't find this kind of space in newer properties.
This resort has a large fabulous beach -- very flat and easy to walk for miles along the shore.
The resort has many amenities no longer found in condominiums (such as a billiards room, volleyball net on the beach, basketball net, large exercise room, jacuzzi/hot tub, recreation room that can be rented for weddings/parties/etc.
Fully gated property - 24x7 security on site.

Snowbirds in the panhandle for 9 winters and caroles 806 has been one of the best places to stay. Unit was clean and very well stocked. The view was fantastic and the condo was by far the quietess we've stayed in. Regency towers staff were so friendly and helpful, grounds were very clean and the pool was the best. Anyone looking to relax and enjoy the view this is the place to be. I hope to be back.

The condo was perfect. One of the nicest I have stayed in. My husband and I also went to Panama City beach for our vacation but lately my children have wanted to go to Orange beach. We convinced them to go to PCB this year. They loved it. Our only complaint is that the beach was not very big so was crowded.

We stayed at the Regency Towers Condo in Panama City Beach. We really enjoyed our stay with our adult kids and grandsons. The Regency Towers was a very family-friendly condo. They had extra activities for the families to participate in besides swimming in the pools and enjoying the ocean. The condo we stayed in was owned by Carole Miner and she was awesome to work with. We plan to stay at the Regency Towers in the future.

We stayed at Regency Towers over the week of Labor Day and it was wonderful! Renting from Carole was extremely easy, she’s very friendly and makes sure everything is ready to go for you! The condo was everything she said it would be! We really enjoyed staying on the first floor as well! Saves a lot of time and energy when you have children!We will be renting from Carole as often as we can! I would highly highly highly recommend her!

Hi, Nicole, I did get an inquiry from you for your June 2018 stay, but you did not stay in one of my condominiums. It appears you may have stayed at Boardwalk. We don't have such stringent rules at the Regency Towers -- you certainly could have a bottle of water at the pool. Next time you're planning a trip to the beach, please contact me again.

This was our third year renting in Panama City Beach from Carole. The condo is clean, modern, and spacious with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Located away from the busiest part of PCB, in a quieter area with less traffic, and it’s just a quick drive to food and entertainment.
