Bedroom #1 has its own private bathroom, T.V. set, King size bed and sliding glass door opening to the gulf front balcony.
Bedroom #2 has its own T.V. ,a full private bathroom and King size bed.
The granite kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you will need for your family vacation.
The dining table seats 6 and there is extra seating at the bar.
The living room has a comfortable leather sofa and chair with ottoman and
a large screen T.V.

This condo is extremely nice and clean! The owner was a pleasure to work with. The beach service that was included in price, was an extra bonus. Parking is great here too. And you can’t forget about the homemade chocolate chip cookies that were here waiting for us when we checked in❤️ I highly recommend this condo.

I always used VRBO to find a condo at the Ocean Villa property in Panama City Beach for my August vacation. This year I found a new site (Florida Rentals) and I am very happy to say that it was a pleasant and great experience finding a beautiful condo through Florida Rentals. I already bragged and mentioned this new site to all my friends and I am hoping to be able to use this site as my first choice for my future rentals. The Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, elegant, and full of supplies. Once I entered the condo, I noticed a surprise treat fresh baked cookies from the owner of the condo. we loved this condo and the fact it is on the beach was a bonus. the owners are really good people and made our stay there so much better. we stayed there for a week and at a great price. they had everything we needed including chairs, floats and etc.. marylee and her husband were really gracious hosts and we plan on going back next year to stay again.
