This Cottage is Right Across the Street from the Beach and Beach Access 83
Step Back in Time in this Wonderful Renovation... Our other local rentals stayed full all of last year so it was time to ad another soon to be favorite to this Wonderful Beach Community. Many of our guests come back to stay with us time after time... it's hard to tell folks that we're booked so we keep adding properties.
Originally Built in 1940, this Beautiful Cottage is a One of a Kind. From each one of the hundreds of individually hand cut and individually hand painted rough cut lumber wall and ceiling boards to the New Retro General Electric Appliances, it's All New and, this cottage isn't like any you have seen. There's 3 Bedrooms with New Queen Mattresses and a Private Bonus Room with a Full Size Bed and a Bunk Bed with 2 singles. Each room has it own New Flat Screen and there's a Big one on the wall in the Family Room. New Air-Conditioning (even New Duct Work), Hunter Ceiling fans and a Tankless Endless Hot Water Heater. Enjoy eating out or dine in at on the over-sized Farmers Table. There's a small Breakfast Bar and a Pic- Nick table outside. The long front porch overlooks our Private Courtyard and Grilling Area. Plenty of places to Relax and unwind.
You're only steps to the Sugar White Sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Beach Access 83 is right across the street from this cottage. Lisa R.Enchanting beach cottage in quiet neighborhood
Great location out of the center of high rises in Panama City Beach. It really seemed like home, not a rental. We were a 60-second walk to touching the water on white sand beach across the quiet street. The entire home seems to have been remodeled recently and is gorgeously decorated. It was the most fully-equipped vacation rental. There was no need to hit the beach store for toys or supplies. A quick grocery store trip was all that was needed. David and Lisa were very kind and helpful. I still think of this as one of our best trips and I will return.

This is the second time we have rented this condo from Mr Jim. Gracious host and willing to reply to our questions rather quickly. Everything was clean and orderly in the condo. I thought I lost my credit card holder in the condo and he was willing to go and look for it himself....luckly, I found it at home, where I had hidden it from myself.Thanks again!
