Beautiful place to stay
Wow. What a beautiful place to set. Very clean and has just about anything you would need. Great location. Mateen could not have been any more accommodating checking to be sure all was okay and checking to see if anything was needed. Hope to stay again.

Hurricane Sally Vacation
I have to start by saying I was very skeptical of renting directly from an owner. I stalked and researched everything I could on Mateen and he was a great sport. He sent proof showing ownership, and never hesitated answering any questions. From the time we inquired to booking, to leaving after vacation he was super responsive, never minded the numerous questions I had, and he even had to switch us to a smaller unit when the couple we were going with got Covid. He even refunded their money. I wouldn't hesitate working with Mateen again. Before our trip we had our door code and other needed information emailed. Once we arrived we had our bands and parking passes in the unit. He even emailed a list of good restaurants and when we found out we were going to get outer bands of Sally he kept us up to date on that. I can't say enough good about Mateen and his communication. We stayed for 10 days and have no complaints besides all the rain and wind, but what can you do? The only thing I would change, is staying on the 23rd floor. I don't care for heights and it took the elevators a bit. If you're questioning booking with Mateen, don't! He is a very hands on owner.
