This condo includes amazing, 16th floor views of the beach and gulf from the huge 10 X 28 balcony. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath. The large includes 2 Queen beds and private access to the second bathroom. The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining area includes table and chairs for six. . A laundry room with a full size washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean. This property includes an outdoor heated pool on the beach, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a private grilling area with charcoal and gas grills, and a work out area. Beach service IS INCLUDED in your rental (a $45/day value BONUS)
Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 1.5 miles, including Pier Park, grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach.
Ideal parking includes a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators and additional parking on same level and across the street. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.
Family friendly AND great get-away spot for adults. All renters must be over 25 and understand this is a quiet zone between 10PM and 8AM. Never more than 6 people in unit. This is NOT a good place to party - on purpose. Security on site 24/7.

About the owner: We are local folks that have been blessed with the opportunity to own this beautiful condo. We are a hardworking family of 3 with our boy age 14 who loves the ocean. We care about our place and have gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home for everyone. When you stay with us you will never stay anywhere else.
Why this property? This condo is on the edge of a private Beach so the crowds are not here. This is a very quiet family oriented condo. This is not a party place for a reason. It is close to Pier Park (1.5 miles) and walking distance of several restaurants including award wining Runaway Island which is just next door. Perfect location without all of the crowns and drama.

This was probably the most comfortable and best equipped condo we’ve stayed in at PCB. The location is so convenient to everything also. The assigned parking spot and the parking deck not being across the street was huge bonus. I hope we are able to return in the future.

Easily one of the best units I've ever stayed in. Very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable, beach access is great, the pool and the hot tub are well maintained and super clean. My husband and I, along with his sister and brother-in-law had an actual relaxing vacation staying here while we celebrated our anniversaries. From the minute we walked in the door we felt like we paid $$$$ for this well designed, clean and cozy condo. We also had a pleasant surprise waiting for us on the counter. Heather was an angel to work with and replied quickly when we reached out to her. The place had everything you could think of and as a matter of fact we could have left our cart and chairs home which would have made our drive more comfortable.
