SarahCondo was as described. Great place to stay. We had elevator problems but Valeriya was prompt with emails keeping us up to date with everything going on with that issue. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Had a great time!!!

KirkOcean Reef #705This Condo was in immaculate condition when we arrived. From top to bottom, everything was so nice and clean over this spacious layout. Huge outdoor balcony with table and chairs was a bonus as well. Everything was perfect!Also, little to no wait times on elevators and the parking was very convenient. Great place to stay and great Host to deal with. We’ll be back next year!

MandyGreat condo and Valeriya was an excellent host! The space was clean and comfy. We loved sitting on the huge balcony and looking at the ocean. The pool was nice as well. Location was awesome, a 10 min walk took us to multiple restaurants. Would stay here again, thanks!

KatyWe had a great time at this condo with the exception of the failing elevator situation. Positive: I liked location and it was clean. I liked that it included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella each day. Negative: The property has 3 elevators for 23 floors. The day we arrived another guest said one elevator was not working and the other one actually fell 4 flights with people inside the day before. No one was hurt. So there was only one elevator working for 23 floors. We were on the 7th floor. It was very frustrating when every time the elevator came and opened on our checkout day it was full. We waited 20 or more minutes just to see a full elevator. My 74 year old mother and us had to go down 7 flights of stairs with our luggage. And the certificate inside the functioning elevator was expired! Other than the elevator situation we really liked our stay.

BriannaIf you’re looking at this spot then I’m assuming you’ve considered the location, in that case this place is perfect! It’s located directly on the beach. Easy check in with amazing responsiveness when contacted. The actual condo itself was so clean and tidy! It was very roomy for us two adults and two children. My personal favorite was the balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean as well as the balcony being connected not only to the living room but also the bedroom. Each room has a personal TV and private bathroom. It’s a short walk to a near by restaurant, putt putt, and arcade. Instructions were very clear and the hostess was no nice. 10/10 worth it & we will be staying here again!

MaeganThe host was great! She was very responsive and always willing to help. It was busy season and one of the elevators were broken so getting up to the room could be slow and we often took the stairs. Great location, directly beside runaway island. There was a wagon, a few boogie board and a chair in the condo that we could use. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

BethWe had a great stay at the condo, the view from the balcony was amazing! Everything looked just like the pictures. The parking is tight, which we were told about in advance. All 3 elevators didn't work only 2 and they were VERY slow, which is outside of valeriya's control. The showers could've been more clean and the towels and wash rags could've been newer, not so worn out. The basics were provided for start up. We did have to go buy more trash bags for the kitchen, since there was only 1 extra. The trash can lid in the kitchen did not work/wasn't attached (no big deal). Since the condo is right across from the elevators, it did get noisy at times when people were waiting for the elevator, they would literally be standing right in front of our door. We would definitely stay here again.

Even though the location was rather quiet (which we preferred)compared to a lot of the high rise condos on the beach, everything was easily accessible by car. The view was great and loved the large balcony. Will be returning.

Also, the shower head not working well. seems to have low pressure in the Walkin shower. The other shower works well.

RachelPositive: Location was great, parking was super convenient, wasnt exceptionally crowded! Elevators were down to 1 or 2 a day or two but were quickly fixed. Checking was perfect, quick discussion with security to park then right up to the room to get in and grab passes and bands. Very smooth!

AndreaThis condo was a great find. We wanted a spot that we could walk to several places to avoid traffic and this was it. Several places to walk to and if you don't care to walk a little further Pier Park is also in walking distance (in my opinion). My family was able to eat on the balcony every night and enjoy the view of the beach. Our host was always very responsive and the condo was very clean. I plan on making other plans with her in the future.

The weather was amazing and we saw dolphins every morning playing in the water. The view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom was gorgeous! The guys enjoyed being able to walk across the street to drive go-karts. A bit noisy (street noise) for my taste, but it is PC Beach! The bedroom on the ocean side was quiet and so enjoyed the deck.

Frederick705 is the unit you want ! Superb Superb Superb! Positive: I will not stay at any other location when I visit again. Everything was superb. Huuuuge balcony with many chairs including lounging chairs. Great WI-FI. It’s the end of January and I swam in outdoor and indoor pools. Steam room was nice and clean, so were pools and outdoor jacuzzi, which was nice and extra warm. We stayed for a week and leaving today. Wish we could stay for another week. Cable Tv and Roku were a major plus. Management responded swiftly with any questions we had. Thanks, Val for all your fabulous management skills. Negative: Loved everything !

ChloeValeriya’s condo was incredible! We arrived in PCB earlier than check-in time but we were able to use the beach and pool amenities while we waited for the room to be ready. The elevators were extremely fast due to where the unit is located. The unit was stocked with towels, a few toiletries, and some beach items (boogie boards and sand pails, etc) Valeriya was incredible and accommodating.A few things to note for the area:The beach service for the chairs is interesting but extremely convenient once everything is figured out. The beach attendant is usually surfing so sometimes you have to seat yourself and wait for him to return in order to set up your chair assignments for the rest of your trip. You’re provided with two chairs and an umbrella, you can rent an extra chair a day for $20.I was surprised to see the unit is directly across from the elevator but you cannot hear people at all.The indoor and outdoor pools are not heated but there is a relatively large hot tub. Near the pools are the bathrooms. All are kept extremely clean.Overall, my family decided we would definitely come back to PCB and stay with Valeriya. It was a great vacation and I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great views, comfortable beds and it came with beach service, which we needed because we came by plane and needed the umbrella and chairs, and a wagon to carry all our stuff.
