As empty nesters and as everybody can see everybody is stressed out we needed a week away. We were lucky to find Marilee and this fabulous condo it was everything and more that we could imagine everything located on the site very clean all the homie touches it did not feel like a rental. She even left homemade cookies for us for our arrival. We will definitely recommend this rental and will enjoy staying here again in the future thank you so much Marilee you were amazing

We stayed at this condo for 7 days. We enjoyed being right on the ocean and being close to everything! We had the best time and the condo was very clean and had anything you may need. Marylee is one of the best to work with and makes everything a breeze!! When we arrived she had left a light on for us and had left some very tasty cookies for us as well!!! Don't hesitate on this condo! We can't wait to come back again soon!!! Thank you so much Marylee!!!

By far the best Condo I have stayed in at the Summit. Photos are correct. Very clean and efficient. Modern amenities. Marylee is easy to contact and keeps you updated. Very easy to book. Will definitely stay in this unit again.
