To start, we usually stay near Laguna Beach, but we were recommended The Shores of Panama by a friend so we decided to try it this year. The facility was lovely, our kids loved the pool complex. There was construction going on when we were there, but they started and stopped at reasonable times and wasn't really an issue, other than some occasional noise during the day. The coffee shop in the lobby was great for a pick me up in the morning, the donuts were good too, but I recommend the 20 minute drive to Thomas Donuts in Laguna Beach, well worth the trip.The unit was great, the kitchen was well stocked the couch was comfortable, so comfortable that my 8 year old used the chaise as her bed most of the nights. The balcony had a great view of the pool and beach a great place to have your morning cup of joe or an evening cocktail.Farah, and the Emerald Coast team, made the rental process easy. The instructions before check in were invaluable and made our check in process when we got to the condo easy and quick. Farah also checked in on us when we checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Farah was very responsive to the few questions I had and we also received an update on our last day with check out procedures which took all the guesswork out of it. Excellent customer care, constant support without being invasive.We will be back :) Thank You!! Eric & Family

We had a fantastic stay at Farrah n Kelly’s place! The location was perfect for, just a short walk to Walmart, Waffle House and the ice cream shop. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Farrah was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting!

The location directly on the beach was fantastic, and the ability to freely go between the beach and the pool was easy and a perfect as most other condos/resorts had their pools in front of their buildings. It made for a nice experience to go between the two seamlessly. The pool was great with plenty of seating to find a spot and relax.The condo itself had plenty of cooking options, and with the Walmart being across the street, it was perfect for budget-friendly meals.The proximity to all of the attractions was nice as you do not have to travel far at all to find things that will fill your day (for those times you need a break from the water).The hosts were very proactive with communication, which set proper expectations, and when needed, they were equally responsive to questions/needs.The only 2 draw backs (and this is not in the owner’s control but still worth noting for future guests) is that the parking garage is very tight, so if you have anything larger than a car or small suv it’ll be tight to get in and out, and the elevators are a bit of a mess in that it was not uncommon to wait 10 minutes for the elevator to make it to you only to find it already full. Again, that is not the owner’s fault at all, but it needs to be stated.

Nothing was broken and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend this condo

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful view of the beach and the pool. The only complaints are that there are not enough elevators for such a large building, we always had to wait a long time to get on one and the parking garage is too small. But we will definitely be back. Farah was awesome! She checked on us regularly to make sure that everything was going well.

I loved my stay at Shores Of Panama. Everything was beautiful especially the outdoor pool it has a zero entry part that’s great for kids. One complaint is the indoor pool had a STRONG bleach smell that was overbearing so my family just really enjoyed the outside pool. My room was beautiful and so was the view. It’s also close to Walmart and other fun attractions.

Everything was great! The condo was super cute, clean and comfy! Perfect location, close to a gas station and Wal-Mart and right on the beach. The beach and pool was amazing! Kelly was super helpful from beginning to end!! Maybe bring some extra toilet paper if you tend to go through a lot! We had a great time and can’t wait to book again for next fall!
