This remodeled 2nd floor condo has king bed in bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in living room that comfortably sleeps 4 persons. Two full baths with one having tub/shower combo and other walk-in shower. Full kitchen with full size appliances, all dishes, utensils, pans, etc. Floors are all tiled. Condo has stack washer/dryer. Parking is right outside the condo, so you don't have to walk across street or any distance to reach your vehicle or the beach. Two elevators and in small 6 story building so elevator wait is minimal as compared to the high-rise condo complexes.

Why Kids Love It

Located on Front Beach Road this condo is centrally located to shopping of new Pier Park Mall, sports center, Gulf World, mini-golf, Alvin's Island, Wonder Works, Zoo World, water park and the list goes on and on. Wal-Mart and Publix located a short driving distance of approx. 1 mile+-. St Andrew's Park is great for hiking, swimming and rental of pontoon boats. Several places charter fishing, helicopter rides, snorkeling and diving trips or swim with the dolphins. Zoo World is great for all ages as is Gulf World. Shipwreck Island the water park is only a few blocks from the condo. Those that love shopping can go to the new Pier Park Mall that features Margaritaville restaurant, several 'beachy' shops, other specialty restaurants, and of course Target, Dillards, Wal-Mart, and cinema. Across from Pier Park mall is the pier that for a small fee you can access to fish or watch others haul in their catch. I am sure you won't wonder 'what are we going to do today' instead it will be 'how many things can we fit in to do today'. Some of our favorite places to eat include: Firefly, beautiful atmosphere and She Crab soup is the best-suggest reservations, Pineapple Willie's- ribs are fantastic- a must every time we visit, Saltwater Grill, Bayou on the Beach and a local favorite-Dusty's. Ocean's Restaurant right on-site has very good food for lunch, dinner and breakfast and offers a full bar plus in addition to indoor seating there is outdoor seating to enjoy the beach view.

Small fee for fishing equipment and to access the pier. On West side of pier is the 'dog beach' where you can relax with your Pooch. Otherwise pets are not allowed on PCB beaches.
Stop at Buddy's fish shop on Hwy 79 just South of Hwy 98 to pick up fresh fish and seafood to bring home or have them steam some shrimp to bring back to condo to enjoy and watch the sunset.

Let me start off saying this year will be our 3rd year coming to this condo , would have been 4th but had surgery last year. The owner Sharon is absolutely very kind and makes sure you have nothing to do when you get there other than enjoy your vacation. The condo is very clean and is nicely decorated , the view from the living room and bedroom could not better , perfect ocean front views. Another plus for us is the closeness to the shoreline as my better half has pulmonary issues and walking is extremely difficult for his breathing, however with his oxygen and a few breaks and slow walking he is able to enjoy the beach and where the waves break. None of the other beachfront were this close. The condo is located within walking distance to some shops.and restsraunts n fast food. A mile either direction is plenty of seaside bars , restaraunts, the pier with boutiques , outside pubs etc. There is a Super Wamart a few blocks down for groceries and necessities . We have met some Condo owners while there and they are very friendly and welcoming. I honestly can not say enough howwonderful Sharon is and how she does all she can to make your stay the best We will be going back this September into October and cant wait. I feel very fortunate to have seen Sharon's post for her rental and more so that we have been able to keep coming here and each time I get to call and inquire on availability, I feel as if I am talking to a friend. You couldn’t ask for a better location! I loved the 2 sets of sliding doors to the balcony. I took a barstool out there so I could see over the railing. It was perfect. Condo was a little outdated as far as furniture but clean and on the 2nd floor with the elevators 10 feet to our door! Everything worked good had plenty pans and dishes to cook with and had some basic beach accessories too. We used the boogie boards and rented 2 chairs and a umbrella for 45$ a day. The beach wasn’t crowded either and was close enough to the pier to walk. I wasn’t disappointed and we had looked at probably a 100 before we picked this one! Owner has everything wrote down and easy instructions too.And we loved no keys and using our own code to unlock the door.

My first stay at Edgewater and loved it. This condo is super close to the beach and Leeward is not as crowded, which was great during a holiday week. Condo had everything we needed and owners were very communicative and available. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was beautiful. Plenty of space for all of us. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. The cleaning staff was so nice, let us check in two hours early. Beautiful view. All the pools were clean. Will love to visit again soon.
