Spectacular 6th-floor condo! Beautifully decorated, this 3 bedroom beachfront condo which includes 1,300+ square feet of spacious living area boasts breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast. Fully furnished & can accommodate up to 8 people.
Amenities include:
* 4 Beach Chairs and 2 Umbrellas with the Service (Mar through Oct 2025 only),
* Free WIFI throughout, including the pool and beach areas,
* All TVs are have DirecTV service and easy access to your own Netflix and other streaming accounts,
* 1 KING Primary bedroom with private bathroom access.
* 1 Queen bedroom with private bathroom access to hall bath.
* A third bedroom with 2 twin beds.
* The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal.
Parking in the main garage is limited to TWO vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Spaces as well!

* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $60. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

We loved our stay in this condo at Calypso. The unit is very clean and modern. We had everything that we needed to enjoy a late fall getaway. With Pier Park just across the street we never needed to move the car as we could walk to countless restaurants and attractions. We will be booking it again next year. Also excellent communication before, during and after our visit!

The property owners were easy to work with; arrival and departure procedures were clear and easy to follow. The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Third bedroom with the 2 twin bed is quite small; just room for the beds and a small bedside table. But it wasn’t an issue for us as the rooms were only used for sleeping. Calypso Towers is a great location, with quick access to stores, restaurants and entertainment.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The weather was beautiful everyday. Our kids throughly enjoyed both large swimming pools. The tiki bar on the patio was very convenient. We also enjoyed being in walking distance to the pier and pier park. The Hub in tower 3 had delicious fresh donuts and iced coffee. Communication with the property manager was quick and on point. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Elevator wait times were a little headache during some parts of the day, but that's to be expected during peak season. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay agian!

Everything was just as pictured! The unit was beautifully decorated in a very beach chic style. Lots of pantry space for an extended stay and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The owners/management group are amazing to work with - promptly responding to questions or any concerns. We look forward to returning to this property and to checking out other PBC properties.
