This 9th-floor unit at the Tidewater Beach Resort is large enough for a family gathering. The 2-bedroom + Bunk, 3-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, perfect for larger families. This layout is over 1,100 square feet.
KID-FRIENDLY, with a KING in the Master, QUEEN in the 2nd bedroom, 2 TWIN bunks in the alcove, and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master and second bedroom each have a private bath, and the third bath is next to the bunk alcove.
Beach Chair Service for TWO is included with 2024 rentals (March-October)!
Note: You must be at least 25 to rent. No exceptions. No Pets. No Smoking.

* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* You must pre-register with the resort using a link we will provide. You will pay the resort fee directly to the resort at that time. The current fee is $30+tax if paid more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours, the fee is $40+tax. This fee is always subject to change by the resort.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. For shopping, morning coffee at Starbucks, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s hard to beat Pier Park. Just walk across the street to enjoy all they have to offer. They even have an IMAX theater.
Next door to Pier Park is Miracle Strip - an amusement park with rides, games, and activities for all ages.
For casual fine dining, there are many choices in town, but our personal favorite so far is FireFly. They specialize in fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, and their She Crab soup is outstanding.
If you’d like a close up visit with the ocean life, a visit to Gulf World Marine Park will allow you to meet Dolphins, Sea Lions, Turtles, Birds, Reptiles, and lots of our local inhabitants!

We stayed a week here and loved the unit. I was afraid being near the elevators that they would be noisy, but it wasn't at all. It's perfectly furnished, very clean and love that the fridge had an ice maker/water dispenser.The instructions in the app said that once you get a beach chair number, that's your number for your stay, but that's not the case (only for owners). So every morning you will need to go down and get a set of chairs. Not a big deal if you don't care how close you are to the front, but if you do care, then be down there at 8:30 a.m. as a line forms and they start giving out chairs at 9 a.m. It was great to have these chairs available!We really enjoyed the "perks" of this unit having the free activities. My husband took advantage of the golf 3 times and my teenage boys loved the cars at the Swampy Jacks Wongo Adventure. We also used Dave and Busters and enjoyed a delicious dinner there too.Yes, the elevators are slow, but it's to be expected during Spring Break or the busy season. This is no fault of the owners. The far end elevators are a bit faster. Just know they will be slow, accept it and it won't bother you so much! I liked being on floor 9, instead of in the 20's, where we could take the stairs down sometimes.If we are back in this area, I will definitely rent this unit again. The owners were prompt to answer questions and everything went smoothly.

This was a girls trip with friends of 40 years. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements. View was great ,enjoyed balcony. Very relaxing, plenty to do. Only suggestion is more comfortable seating in the living room. Would book again. Thanks

We loved our Mother’s Day weekend at Tidewater !! Definitely recommend staying there ! Check in was east and check out the same ! Elevators not so great but still worth staying ! Booking with Premier was the easiest I’ve ever had to do very nice to work with !! Definitely will stay again !
