The very oversized, 10' x 28' balcony is amazing!! Just minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park on the quiet west end of the beach. It is a perfect retreat whether your looking for family time, a fun filled vacation, a relaxing quiet time or a romantic getaway.

Upon arrival you will park in your OWN Free assigned parking space just a few feet from the elevators. Extra Free parking across the street.

The kitchen is completely ready and waiting for you with everything you will need. NEW stainless steel appliances with extra large Refrigerator & Freezer and New Microwave and Dishwasher.

All new wood look tile floors.

We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience including a Tea pot and crock pot.

This was our 1st time staying in this condo and we loved it! The condo was perfect and the balcony was awesome!! I would recommend this place and would also stay again.

It was a great place to stay. My family and I were there for a week and it was really well kept up and comfortable. Our only issue was they they don’t allow anyone under the age of 12 to get in the hot tub and the pool was really small for the amount of rooms they have. By 12 it was really hard to swim in the pool and you could t find a chair available.

Room was beautiful, clean and had everything! No wait for elevators ever! Having a second vehicle was a hassle. Very limited extra parking. Loved that location was out of heavy traffic but near Pier Park. Would definitely stay again.

We did a last minute family vacation for my family of 7. We had 5 kids ages ranging from 6-16, they all loved it! Close to shopping and all kinds of things to do and eat! Condo was so nice, clean, and spacious! Perfect time of year to go in my opinion. Pool/Beach at condo and entire PCB area was not majorly crowded! It was perfect for my family. We will reserving this condo again in the future! Management were quick with their responses before we got there. We did not need anything while we were there because they had everything they said they would. This condo did not disappoint! 100% Rating on this Condo!

This three bedroom condo was perfect for our getaway with our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay comfortably. The condo is only 1 mile from Winn Dixie and has many good restaurants around. It is fully stocked with towels, hair dryer, beach towels, all sorts of beach gear, kitchen equipment, kitchens spices, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, board games, and books. The beach is beautiful and the pool is good enough for the kiddos. Basic shampoo/conditioner is provided but is not enough. We were very happy with the condo.

Lovely stay

We love Tropic Winds condos, and this particular condo did not disappoint. The property manager Scott was very accommodating, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with.We loved the lower floor of this condo, the decor was lovely, and everything was well stocked. The “beach closet” was an especially nice perk, providing all the amenities needed for the beach.We will stay here again and highly recommend it as well.
