Our condo has brand new furniture through-out, a fully stocked kitchen, brand new and very quiet AC unit, and a giant balcony with beautiful lake views accessible from the living room or master bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, an in-suite newly renovated spa bathroom with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The guest room has two twin beds that could be converted into one queen-size, and a flat screen TV. A 3-level bunk-bed in a semi-private room and two sleeper couches in the living room provide plenty of additional sleeping options.
Unique Benefits
A very convenient location: steps to the beach, shopping and dining, you can get pretty much everywhere within a short walk. Parking is on the same level as our condo, so you don't need to use an elevator. Also, because we are on the 3d floor, you can easily walk down to the lobby and to the beach access. Great views from our spacious balcony - you can watch the nightly light show over the pond from the comforts of your condo.

Beautiful pools, including a special kiddie pool for the youngest guests, the beach, mini-golf, water parks, amusements parks nearby, what's not to like? And for a rainy day we have a collection of books, board games, and the movies.
Area Information
Laketown Wharf Resort is located between an expansive private lake and the Gulf of Mexico right in the heart of Panama City Beach’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Private access to the beach is a 3 minute walk from the condo. Lots of amazing places to eat within a walking distance, a Walmart Supercenter is across the street, several family fun parks, golf courses, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Wonderworks and other attractions are all within a very short drive.

About the owner: We live in Atlanta, GA and have always enjoyed coming to FL for family vacations. We enjoy spending time in our new place by the beach and also happy to share it with you!
Why this property? We really liked that Laketown Wharf has many amenities and is very close to so many places, that you don't even need a car. We like the fact the our condo is on the 3d floor - high enough to enjoy stellar views and privacy, yet low enough not to use the elevator.
