Beautiful clean place to vacation and great view

Thank you Rob and Michelle for allowing us to book and stay in your home away from home for the week. They made everything so easy, communication was great, and answered any questions very quickly. Their place is beautiful, has so much room, its very clean, and view is amazing. Was so great and convenient to be right on the beach/ocean. Had a enjoyable and fantastic time. Lots to do. Spectacular!

While we have visited this property on multiple times, each time is a new and amazing experience. The interior is clean and has all the essentials you need in the kitchen for eating in if desired, it has comfortable furniture and ample space. And the view - the balcony offers spectacular views of the ocean from sun up to the beautiful sunset. The owners are easy to communicate with and were kind enough to check in at arrival to ensure it was up to our expectations. They continue to make upgrades within the unit to ensure comfort and quality. We look forward to our next visit!

Home away from home

We have been coming to PCB for many years and typically stay at the same place. This year we had to find a new place since our usual was already booked. We booked with Rob for the first time and will now be planning for this to be our new home away from home. We loved the condo and couldn’t have asked for a better owner to deal with. Great communication all around. We will be back!

Perfect in every way

First of all working with Rob was amazing! He is so kind and caring and helped us through changing our dates for vacay due to a medical issue seamlessly. The condo is immaculate and very well decorated. This is our second time there and loved every moment. The beach view is amazing! Made lots of memories and would highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo to Stay At.

This owner thought of everything for us to have a great trip. Beach towels were provided so I didn't have to take up room in my suitcase for the plane ride. Beach chairs we could take down after 5 pm to watch the sunset. Included 2 beach chairs and umbrella during the day. Beds were so comfortable and had everything we needed to cook with too.Owner responded with answers to my questions very quickly. Will definitely book again this unit and really enjoyed communicating with the owner.

Celadon 1002

Loved our stay in condo 1002. Very clean and specious. It’s up to date. Comfortable bed , kitchen had everything you need to cook with. Including a crockpot. We stayed in several condos at the celadon. This was by far the best one. Owner is very easy to work with. He responds very quick. We liked it so much we booked next years stay.

Amazing vacation condo

This place has everything you want for your time away from home. It is fully stocked, excellent location, great amenities at resort, spectacular gulf views & sunsets, Rob is a great host easy to get ahold of with any questions. It also has swim toys & beach towels.

Perfect Peaceful Vacation!

My sister and I have been going to Celadon for over ten years. We have stayed at 1002 a few times. Rob is a great host. Whenever I had a question he responded quickly. The condo is stocked with anything you could want. This is the best stocked condo I have stayed in. The view is fabulous, saw a lot of turtles this year! It is on the quiet end of the beach. The beach chair and umbrella is a wonderful plus. The condo is clean and comfortable. I’m hoping we get to come back and stay longer next year!

Super Owner Super Condo Super Resort

This condo was exactly as described-lovely and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave! Communication with the owner Rob was superior - easy to work with and extremely prompt and professional. We loved the Celedon Resort, used both pools and the parking deck was so convenient. The enclosed air conditioned walkway from the parking deck made crossing the road a cool breeze. The beach service and especially Jonathon were the best! You cannot beat the location and the ocean view. I highly recommend this unit and Rob. Stay as long as you can.

Great time in Panama City

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay when we were going on Aug. 14 thru 19. We were looking at different places when we found this condo. I called the phone # listed and got Rob the owner. He was so helpful getting everything set up and payment made and when we arrived it was so nice inside and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and I would recommend this condo to anyone going to Panama City and if we go back again I will definitely be calling Rob again.

Gorgeous, inside and out!

We have stayed in this unit before and every time we walk in, the owners have updated in some way. The view from the balcony is amazing, the room is clean and kitchen has everything you need to be able to stay in and eat whenever you choose. The best benefit in my eyes is that this complex is the farthest west, so we avoid the crowds of PCB. We love it here and can't wait to return!

Our favorite getaway️

We stayed 10 days! We had everything we needed, plus a great view. Perfect level and fully updated and room for the family. Clean! Had extras for the beach, toys, some floats, plus our beach chairs and extra if needed. Rooms were great and clean. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath and never ran into any space issues. Would highly recommend. Owners were great and fast if we had a question️ Pools and hot tubs were great and clean plus the gym for those who want to stay on track.

Beautiful Condo

The Celadon is right on the beach. We loved staying in Rob's condo on the 10th floor. We had no issues with the elevators. The condo had everything we needed. The two beach chairs included was a great bonus. Rob also had a few chairs in the condo you could use. We hope to go again soon. Thank you Rob for letting us rent your condo for the weekend!

So comfortable and beautiful

We stayed in Robs unit and had an amazing time! The unit was stocked so well. I usually have to bring my own knives and frying pans because I like to use nice things. It was not necessary with this unit. The mattresses, bedding and towels were all so nice! Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony with awesome patio furniture where we ate every meal! Thank you Rob for an amazing stay! Will come back!

Amazing Condo with great views

Great Condo, Great Location

I love this place! At the west end of the strip away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get anywhere you want to go. Great beach right down the elevator and a few steps away. The condo is clean and has a wonderful view of the beach! I highly recommend.

Fantastic!!!

We loved our stay in Unit 1002. Tom was a wonderful host & answered all our questions in a timely manner. The condo has everything you need especially in the kitchen- best equipped kitchen that we had in all the condos we’ve stayed at. It was very clean, beds are super comfortable & all kinds of beach toys for kids or grandkids to enjoy. Location is perfect, great beach, close to everything, 2 great pools & hot tubs. We’re definitely coming back.

Beautiful and Immaculate

This 21st floor condo offers panoramic views of the beautiful ocean. You can spend your mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise with dolphins playing in the gulf or end your day relaxing with a beverage enjoying the gorgeous sunset. It is immaculate and beautiful, has a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. This is the most kid friendly condo we have ever visited. There is an array of beach toys in the bedroom closet and our grandchildren loved the lazy river and splash park. The condo is directly across the street from Alvin's Island souvenir shop and a variety of restaurants and a Walmart are about 2 to 3 miles down the road. We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautifully decorated condo. The owner, Jamie Mann, was very accommodating and welcoming. Beautiful Condo! Amazing View!! Lots of room in this condo! SPEEDY elevators!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend 2020. This condo is on the 10th floor with amazing views! The elevators are VERY SPEEDY here, so it was never an issue getting to our room quickly. The balcony is spacious, sliding glass doors work perfectly, and there is a sliding door from master to balcony. The front bedroom with 1 queen is large and well appointed. The bunk room is small, but functional with a TV. My two 9 year old daughters loved staying in there and having their own room. The kitchen is nicer than pictured as it has all new stainless steel appliances with ice maker in fridge and cubes in the door. It is rare to find a beach condo with such a nice and new fridge. The condo was stocked with a great number of pots and pans and a corkscrew for wine. We bought things to make pina coladas and we were surprised that there wasn't a blender. That is the only thing missing in our opinion. We were concerned about the parking deck across the street, but the covered walkover was fabulous! They pipe fun beach music into it and it is SUPER cold in there with all the air-conditioning. We loved walking across the walkover. There were TONS of carts available to bring our things. The pools were not crowded at all on Labor day weekend--not even the one by the gulf. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo too for you to use. The beach chairs are nice--the Tommy Bahama kind--which is important to us. There are also a couple of boogie boards in the condo. The condo is within walking distance to Alvin's island and it is only half a mile from the FAMOUS THOMAS DONUTS--a must!!! Get there early as the line gets long--Arriving at 6am is best! Getting a spot on the beach at this condo was easy, even though it is a high rise and we were there Labor Day weekend! The beach was NOT CROWDED at all. WE LOVED IT HERE!

Great place to stay!

Our family stayed at Tom’s condo for a week in June. We were very pleased with the location of the condo because it was on the more quiet end of the beach. The unit 1002 itself was super clean, had everything we needed including beach chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. The beds were comfortable and we loved that the bunks had their own room. The parking was easy and in a covered garage. The Celadon property was well kept and close to the grocery and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Excellant, Clean, Perfect Location

Excellent Condo, Under Condo Parking, Located on 2nd floor, perfect for beach viewing in morning with breakfast. Owners texted to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. Had daily newspaper at door every morning, was greeted with pastries upon arrival. Kitchen has everything you have at home and will not need to bring anything. At far west end by Thomas Donuts, which is the quiet end of the beach with only houses located to the west of the Condos (So there is plenty of room to spread out). Would recommend to anyone wishing to go to Panama City Beach.

Spring break

The condo was comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were easy to deal with when the door code didn’t work properly. The new stainless steal appliances added more appeal to the kitchen. The carpet makes the condo feel cozy.
