Maelynn M.That 23rd floor view was everything we had hoped for.
This property was perfect for our family. The views of the gulf and beautiful sunsets were stunning. The condo was furnished so nicely and very clean. We felt very comfortable and when we needed to ask a question, the owners were very quick at getting back to us. We loved having the beach and the pools right downstairs. The gym was very clean and useful too. We are already talking about going back. Another perk of this property is the stores that are so close by. It was a nice break from the beach to go shopping and there were also lots of restaurant choices too for the times we didn't feel like cooking in the condo. We did love the ability to cook in the condo though because it save us money and time to just make quick meals and the condo was well stocked with pots & pans. Bring your own spices or pick some up at the cute spice shop at pier park. Everything about this condo was great.

Great location! Pier Park is across the street and Walmart is iterally 2 minutes up the road .... so everything you need IS right there! The condo is beautiful!! It was exactly as listed with a lot of thoughtful extras, for example there were cute wicker laundry baskets in each bedroom as well as extra pillows and blankets. There was even a crock pot! 23 floor, should I even say more?? The balcony was probably my favorite spot! Breathtaking views and plenty of seating for everyone! Very simple and clear check in and check out procedures as well as communication! We stayed a whole week with ages varying from 8-44 and EVERYONE enjoyed their stay and were sad to leave!! We would definitely rent this again!

The free beach chairs were a great addition and a huge reason why we choose this company every time. The beach crew was amazing as was the tiki bar staff. Every employee we encountered was nice and helpful. We got the upgraded parking and it was so amazing to be right at the elevator after a long day out with the kids.
