Villa Modern Paradise - quiet and relaxing with pool, games room

This fantastic villa in a quiet, beautiful residential area in southern Cape Coral offers space for up to ten guests. The name says it all: here you will find your personal, modern holiday paradise and pure relaxation.

As soon as you enter the villa, you will be amazed by the exceptional furnishings and equipment. The living and dining area offers enough space for everyone. Cooking and eating together is particularly fun in the stylish, high-quality kitchen. It is fully equipped so that you will not miss anything during the joint cooking evenings. The large sliding glass doors open the living area to the lanai.

For music and movie fans we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi-speaker) so you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist on your mobile device throughout the house.

Spend cozy evenings in the seating area next to the pool and prepare a delicious dinner on the BBQ grill. On a warm summer's day, you can cool off in the pool (which can also be heated if necessary). The comfortable loungers on the spacious lanai invite you to linger and relax.

Everyone will find their perfect retreat in the four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom and junior bedroom offer a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom. All bedrooms are additionally equipped with TV.
A private office/den with doors is a space where you can work, relax, or sleep as it has a pull out couch that can sleep up to 2 additional guests.

There is also a game room in the house where you can face the challenges with your fellow travelers. So you get the whole holiday program and don't have to leave the house at all. Nevertheless, the location is perfect for starting exciting excursions in the area. In no time you are in Fort Myers Downtown, with great restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. It is also close to popular attractions such as the SunSplash water park and numerous golf clubs and parks. Nearby Pine Island Road offers access to beautiful beaches and nature.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted outside.

Cape Coral is known for its countless canals as the Venice of America. 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shops. Nearest big supermarket and other shops are by car in 5 min. to reach. Great shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity.
