Refundable Damage Deposit - $500 refundable security deposit.

Our family had the BEST stay here and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for traveling with kids. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the home was truly set up with families in mind. The bunk beds were such a huge hit with the kids, and having pack n plays available made packing and traveling so much easier for us. The amenities were incredible and really made our trip special. The heated pool was amazing, and the hosts went above and beyond by providing pool toys and floaties that kept the kids entertained for hours. We also loved having access to kayaks and bikes — it made exploring and enjoying family time together so easy and fun. One of the biggest highlights was all of the beach gear available. They truly had EVERYTHING you could possibly need, which saved us so much stress and space while packing. It was so thoughtful and appreciated as parents. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell the hosts put so much care into making sure guests have an unforgettable stay. We made so many wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and stress-free vacation!

This is a 5 star rental! Up to date decor, quaint, spotless, quiet with all the right amenities and ambiance! Great location with easy access to multiple places. Everything was spot on! The Hosts were fabulous. We highly recommend this property! They have other properties to check out as well!And thank you Paradise Boat Rentals on Del Prado Blvd, just 10 minute drive. We rented a boat during our stay and parked it at the dock at the house. The boat was easily accessible for our use when ever we wanted! Awesome!Thank you for a wonderful vacation rental! ️️️️️ We had an amazing week at this beautiful Cape Coral home! The place was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area and canal views were absolutely perfect — we spent most of our time outside enjoying the sunshine.We’ve stayed at the owners’ other three properties as well, and they never disappoint. Each home is consistently clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The owners are wonderful to work with and always make sure our stay is seamless. So much so my parents are renting for 2 weeks and we have friends that have reserved future rentals with the owners.We can’t wait to come back again soon — highly recommend!
