This beautiful holiday villa will enchant you with its special charm. Newly renovated in 2021, furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, this country cottage style villa offers 1291 sqft. of space for 4 people.
The lanai faces south-west, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is also the 4 x 8 m pool, which can be heated if required. Attention was paid to every detail on the terrace as well. In addition to the pool area with sun loungers for relaxing, you will also find a lounge area. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable furniture and smart TV, as well as a dining table and gas BBQ for cozy evenings al fresco. Another plus point is the quiet location in the southeast of Cape Coral with a fantastic view of a palm forest.
The entire villa is furnished in a modern and fresh country house style and exudes a really cozy atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and TV and offers direct access to the adjoining master bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. There is a second bathroom, also with a shower.
The entire living/dining area is friendly, bright and open. It consists of the cozy family corner with smart TV and the dining area with an open country kitchen, which is fully equipped. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small work area, the office nook with a desk.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

High season: 20% surcharge mid December to mid May.
Easter surcharge: 20% (3 days before to 7 days after Easter).
Christmas surcharge: 20% (1 day before to 14 days after Christmas.
All cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received on Sundays and public holidays at Happy Cape, the next working day will be considered the entrance. A late takeover of the rental property does not reduce the rental price. The conclusion of a cancellation insurance or the like is strongly recommended. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- up to 20 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount
- 19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the invoice amount
- 1 day before arrival and on the day of arrival the full amount of the invoice is due.

This home was neat, clean, and very well stocked. The pool was spectacular and warm. It is very cozy during our stay. We loved this house and will definitely rent again. It's a well maintained house, good kitchen and new appliances. Clean and updates bathrooms. The managed was very quick responding and friendly. Neighbourhood is nice and familyfriendly. I recomment this house !
