The villa offers approximately 2,150 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the third features a queen-size bed. Each bedroom includes its own walk-in closet, providing ample storage space. The master bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.
The bright and modern living area creates a welcoming atmosphere and is perfect for relaxing evenings. A large 65-inch TV provides entertainment, while a selection of board games, children’s toys, and a high chair are available for families. A stylish house bar with glass and mirror elements adds a special touch and is perfect for enjoying drinks together.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers everything you need for cooking and entertaining. In addition to a standard coffee machine, a Keurig machine is also available.
The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida climate. A spacious pool area features a comfortable seating area with six armchairs, four sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a covered Tiki hut that provides shade while you enjoy the canal view. The large pool with integrated spa can be heated either by solar or electric heat.
From the private boat dock, you can take in the beautiful water views or start your next boating adventure. The villa offers direct access to the river without a lock, making it especially attractive for boating enthusiasts. A boat can be rented upon request.

This home was neat, clean, and very well stocked. The pool was spectacular and warm. It is very cozy during our stay. We loved this house and will definitely rent again.
