This Villa in American style, will inspire you, all rooms are bright and modern furnished and has room for up to 6 persons. This house is quipped with 3 bedrooms: 1 Kingsize, 1 Queensize and 1 bedroom with 2 twin size) and 2 bathrooms.

Kitchen is fully quipped with modern appliances and the living room as a very comfortable sofa. You will find TVs in each bedroom and also in the living room.

Outdoor area is also renovated so that you can relax on the sun beds and enjoy your vacation.

For this villa you can rent a boat, even if it has no jetty. We have a jetty in the Yacht Club area and at the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you rented, and in the evening you can park your moore it on the lift. Cape Coral is a waterway dream.

Pets are allowed in this villa on request. There is an extra cleaning fee of 150$ + Taxes. Please contact us in advance.
