Located in a quiet, palm-lined street in the desirable Rosegarden area of southwest Cape Coral, this villa offers a relaxed setting within walking distance to Tarpon Point. Shops, restaurants, and the marina are just minutes away, while Rotary Park is also nearby.

The villa offers approximately 2,256 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The lanai features a heated pool, hot tub, and an outdoor daybed, surrounded by tropical greenery and palm trees. A covered dining area with a gas grill provides the perfect space for outdoor meals and BBQ evenings.

Inside, the open living area combines comfort and functionality. A cozy TV corner with a large sofa offers a place to unwind, while the adjacent dining area and open kitchen create a welcoming space for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a counter that is ideal for breakfast or quick snacks.

The master suite features a king-size bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Both the master suite and the second bedroom provide direct access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and TVs. The second and third bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower.

In addition, the villa offers a separate den that can be used as an office or reading room.

For your beach days, coolers, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are available.
