This recently renovated villa is located on a spacious lot along a freshwater canal in southwest Cape Coral, offering a bright and comfortable setting for a relaxed stay.

With approximately 1,647 sq ft (153 m²) of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. All bedrooms include TVs. The master bathroom offers a shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet and provides direct access to the pool area.

The open living area is bright and inviting, with a comfortable seating space and TV for relaxed evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a high-quality countertop, while the dining area offers seating for six guests. For families, a high chair and baby crib are available.

The outdoor area extends across almost the entire width of the villa and is enclosed by a pool screen. The electrically heated saltwater pool with integrated hot tub provides a comfortable and low-chlorine swimming experience. A covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for outdoor dining, while six sun loungers offer plenty of space to relax. A removable pool safety fence is available if needed.

The villa is located in a popular and well-maintained neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences just a short drive away.
