About this rental
Our Seaside Villa Endless Summer is located directly on the beautiful Rotary Park. Enjoy the tranquility of the park directly behind the house in the tree swing. In just a few minutes you can walk to Tarpon Point Marina with its many restaurants.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and it has direct access to the master bathroom and pool area. One of the guest bedrooms also has direct access to the pool area and has a desk with printer. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and share a full bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including water and ice dispenser, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It is additionally equipped with all the utensils and spices needed for cooking with the whole family. For the smoothie in the morning, there is also a blender. There is also a coffee maker and a toaster. There is nothing lacking.
The living area is equipped with a Smart TV and a Bose speaker for inside and outside. In the dining area there is room for 6 people. For common evenings there are games like Uno, YAHTZEE or 4 Wins.
The pool area leaves nothing to be desired. Here is a large dining area for 6 people and a lounge area for 4 people. A special highlight is the Smart TV in the outdoor area. The existing gas grill provides for cozy barbecue evenings with friends and family. In the garage which can be used with pleasure, there are toys for the pool and equipment for the trip to the beach. Among them are two coolers and six beach chairs.
The saltwater pool can be heated by solar if desired.
The four bicycles belonging to the house may of course be used free of charge.

Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 6 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!
