Located directly on a canal in southeast Cape Coral, this beautifully renovated villa offers a relaxed setting with water views and a private outdoor area surrounded by tropical greenery. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third is equipped with two twin beds. The additional full bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms, and there is also a separate half bathroom with a sink and toilet.
The bright and modern living area is furnished with attention to detail and offers a comfortable space to relax. A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and provides everything needed to prepare meals. The adjacent dining area is ideal for enjoying time together.
The outdoor area invites you to fully enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The terrace features a heated pool, sun loungers, and a covered dining area with a BBQ gas grill, perfect for outdoor meals. The surrounding tropical plants provide privacy while still allowing views of the canal.

All cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received on Sundays and public holidays at Happy Cape, the next working day will be considered the entrance. A late takeover of the rental property does not reduce the rental price. The conclusion of a cancellation insurance or the like is strongly recommended. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- up to 20 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount
- 19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the invoice amount
- 1 day before arrival and on the day of arrival the full amount of the invoice is due.
