Located directly on a canal in southeast Cape Coral, this beautifully renovated villa offers a relaxed setting with water views and a private outdoor area surrounded by tropical greenery. The combination of a bright interior, a peaceful location, and the proximity to the water creates the perfect environment for a comfortable Florida stay.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third is equipped with two twin beds. The additional full bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms, and there is also a separate half bathroom with a sink and toilet.

The bright and modern living area is furnished with attention to detail and offers a comfortable space to relax. A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and provides everything needed to prepare meals. The adjacent dining area is ideal for enjoying time together.

The outdoor area invites you to fully enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The terrace features a heated pool, sun loungers, and a covered dining area with a BBQ gas grill, perfect for outdoor meals. The surrounding tropical plants provide privacy while still allowing views of the canal.

For exploring the waterways, two kayaks are available.

Electricity is not included and will be charged based on actual consumption and deducted from the security deposit.
