Sunnyside Fishing Shack

You’ll love the Sunnyside Fishing Shack because it's a block from the beach access 87!
It has a comfortable, homey feel when you walk in the door.
It's good for couples, families (with kids), and guests with furry friends (pets).
Townhouse #2 allows you to park right in front of your own private house. No elevators or crowds to deal with.
It sleeps up to 6 people. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two queen beds.
You can also book Sunnyside Surf Shack-1 block from the Gulf, the townhouse #3 next door for bigger groups who want to be together.
The Sunnyside Fishing Shack is a 2 story townhouse that has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area downstairs. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.
There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a big closet and doors that open to a nice balcony with Peek-a-boo views of the gulf. Perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a nice breeze and sunsets in the evening!!
The second bedroom has two queen beds.

At the back, the house has a storage room with 6 beach chairs, cooler and some kids-beach-toys. There is also a grill perfect for your BBQs after a beach day.

You can also book Sunnyside Surf Shack-1 block from the Gulf, the townhouse, next door for bigger groups. Each townhouse sleeps 6 people.

Other things to note:
No smoking allowed.
Pets are allowed upon request ($150 fee). One dog.
No cats.
Kids are welcome.
Guests over 25 are welcome.
Quiet times:10pm-8am

Area Information

Our guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or sunrises from their own balcony or from the beach, only a 2 minute walk. This is a great location. Pier Park is about 5 miles to the East and Rosemary Beach is about 5 miles to the West. But, the area where our house is located is nice and quiet
Perfect location for fishing lovers too as we are VERY close to Lake Powell!
