Our spectacular professionally decorated unit, 1464 sq ft, features a breakfast bar, granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious balcony, a gulf-front Living area, and a Master bedroom.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom with granite countertops, a tub, and a glass shower.
The other two bedrooms have queen beds and the second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom.
From this corner unit, you will enjoy a breathtaking view from every room.
All 4 rooms have smart TVs.
This unit is on the 19th floor in Grand Tower 1, directly on the beach!!!
You will enjoy FREE BEACH SERVICE (March 15 to Oct. 31) of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your use every day of your stay ($210 value).

Fell in love with Panama City Beach on my first visit. Love to travel, especially in south destinations to get a break from Canada's harsh winter.
Why this property? Although we love to ski, we bought a vacation property in Florida to escape the harsh Canadian winter. We love to travel, especially to tropical destinations, and we fell in love with Panama City after our first visit.

Very nice, well-equipped condo. Good location. Beautiful pools and grounds. We also enjoyed the fitness facility. Very easy beach access. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

This condominium was furnished with excellence including the best outdoor furniture. It looks brand new including the large elegant baths. The best part is that you cannot get closer to the ocean than this home. Also the owners were very responsive and helpful. We certainly will return again!

Goran’s condo is beautiful and perfectly situated on the corner allowing each room to have large windows and gorgeous beach views for miles from the 19th floor. The condo is well appointed with all kitchen items on hand that we needed during our four night stay. Goran himself was incredibly helpful and prompt. I highly recommend and hope to return!

Thank you such for the use of your condo. It was so comfortable and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. I truly appreciate how great our host was. The only time we needed an answer to a question- the response was immediate. The view was amazing and the pools etc were exceptionally...even on November! Would totally go here again!!!

Booking/correspondence w owner was pleasant, timely and accurate. Condo was as described, pictures were up to date and descriptions/directions were accurate. We found condo to be conveniently located and parking safe. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and clean. Everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach.

This was a spacious and beautiful condo. Located on the 19th floor, the view was spectacular! The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens and towels were of good quality, and the furniture was very comfortable. This condo has plenty of space for guests to spread out. Great for families!

We had an amazing week on our vacation at this wonderful place in Florida. This condo had everything we needed. All rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and lots of storage. Kitchen was large and equipped very well. The balcony had fantastic view of the sea and the beach We watched sunset in evenings. Overall the condo is luxurious, spacious, very clean and equipped with modern appliances, TVs and fast internet and cable TV. We couldn't ask for more. We celebrated Christmas and New Year there. We swam in the heated swimming pool and relaxed in hot tubs or just sat on the balcony and enjoyed sunshine. The building, swimming pools and hot tubs are clean and well maintained. Panama City Beach is a beautiful city. We walked for hours on the beach and through the city. There are many restaurants and interesting places. The best of all is beautiful Pier Park. We highly recommend this condo and we would like to come back. Thank you so much.

Our family stayed for a week in this beautiful condo. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to spend your vacation. Immaculate condo with all the perks and located in the best area.
