The open concept living, dining and kitchen offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf. The luxurious living room has a the 65" Wall Mounted LED Smart TV with surround sound and balcony access.
The newly upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your vacation.
Master bedroom contains a king bed and 55"TV, walk in closet, balcony access, and private bathroom with whirlpool tub/separate shower.
Bedroom 2 contains a Double bed, and a great view of the water, and private bathroom with stand up shower.
Bedroom 3 has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The laundry room has new full size whirlpool front load Washer/Dryer.
Packing is easy because our condo at Panama City Beach Celadon comes with all beach items you will need. In addition to the free beach service, we provide: extra beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and beach TOWELS, to take all items down to the beach!

IMPORTANT: To ensure you have the best stay possible; this non-smoking condo can accommodate 6 adults. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Finally, as much as I LOVE pets, no pets are allowed. Sorry!

About the owner: About Barbara & Jeff
Jeff and I grew up in Alabama and spent many summer vacations in Panama City Beach and remembered the awesome beaches. We both dreamed of owning our own beach place someday. Well, it took a while but here we are!!!!! Hope you will enjoy the beach and all that Tropic Winds has to offer as much as we do.
Jessica - our daughter and JB - her husband, manage all the rentals for us!

This condo at Panama City Beach Celadon offers incredible views and sunsets second to none. This low density building gives you the feeling that you have the beach and building all to yourself. No fighting crowds as found in other resorts. This is truly a one of a kind luxury unit. Rent between March 1st and October 31st and receive a free beach setup during your stay. A free setup includes two beach chairs and an umbrella.

We love the beautiful powdery white sand and emerald waters of Panama City Beach.

What part of PCB are we located?
We are located on the West End of PCB. We are actually the last condo. We feel this has many unique advantages. Specifically, if you want a little more down time, you can stay out of town but if you want to get in the middle of it all, we are just 2 miles from Pier park and still located in PCB.

BARBARA M.Girlfriend Getaway
Condo is spacious,modern, comfortable and well equipped, with a beautiful view and nice balcony. Downside was day we were to leave, elevators stopped working and front desk receptionist was indifferent to our struggle of being all packed up ,luggage on carts and locked out of room , while being stranded on the balcony on the 20th floor! She offered numbers for security who didn't answer 2 diff #s, which she didn't offer to do for me , she told me I'd have to call my agency and work it out . I was on the front balcony with my be friends, all our luggage on carts and had to get info off my phone before calling . Got new code and waited inside for about an HR before elevators were repaired. Very unprofessional, and unsympathetic for our situation. We r not young women so it was challenging for us to deal with all this , making 6-8 phone calls while standing outside on the balcony . Left an unpleasant memory n our minds after a really nice wkend .
